Good customer service for sure I have been shopping at Manards for the last ten years at least. But, they put rebates on pretty much everything these days. I really think this is just a pure and simple scam. They will come up with all kinds of excuses to decline the rebates or in most cases you don't even hear anything back from them. it is like you never sent them anything. They just sit there and hope you forget it. This is simple scam and they know it. Very disappointing. They know they will be fined for such dishonesty but the fine is nothing compared to the money they are still from their own customers

We needed an electric scooter for my husband who is currently using a walker. They only had two and both were currently in use by others! I would think as large as that store is they would have at least 5 available.
