The pants we needed were not in this store and she went above expectations to call around to verify they were indeed at the other stores like the computer said before we drove there. It turns out they were not but Erin worked with national customer service to make sure they shipped in time for an upcoming funeral.”

I went to the Southdale mall macys and the treatment was something else , I will never go back to that location .
