While I have always liked this storage unit itself and the people there the price increases over the past year and especially since it became StorageMart has been absolutely ridiculous. It is not worth that amount of money. Because of this I can no longer recommend this storage company. I've been looking around and soon will be preparing to move my items elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience at StorageMart in Burnsville. Cassie was absolutely wonderful and the main reason I decided to rent here. She was kind, patient, and understanding, never pushy, and really took the time to help me find the right unit for my needs. The facility itself is spotless and very convenient, with indoor units where you can park inside to load and unload. It made the whole process so much easier. I highly recommend StorageMart in Burnsville, and if you can, ask for Cassie!

We have been storing with Storage Mart since 2017. The staff is friendly and the space is always clean, well lit and easy to access. I highly recommend!

Don’t rent from them. They do not explain you don’t need renters insurance and made me sign up with some lady over the phone because they were switching over owner. They put it on my bill. The lady who helped me over the phone told me she would see about it getting removed and offer a 50% discount to vacate the property so I could get my belongings. I only had a few belongings in there and didn’t really need the storage. When they called me back, they only offered to take off of what they charge me which they should’ve never have charged me for and wouldn’t offer the 50% discount to vacate. Basically no help at all. Way over priced. Space is small. Never recommend.
