Worst auto parts store around. They sold me an over priced battery that didnt even last a year and when I went in to return it they said I need a receipt or bank statement showing the purchase. When I said I dont have that they asked for the card I purchased it with which me and my wife have 5 of and have switched over there year. He then began to look through 2 years of purchases to find the sale as if thats the best system to have in 2025. The battery litterally says Napa on it and their month they checked it before sale is less than 2 years ago as well. They refuse to warranty their product. At O'Reilly or auto zone they just look up your phone number and find the purchase but at Napa they use paper receipts and old people to sit and look through years of purchases. Trust me, dont go to this store ever. O'Reilly is 1 block away and a way better experience with more helpful folks. There's a reason O'Reilly is always busy and that Napa store is a ghost town with cranky old people that have no customer service skills!

They have a lady there who is pretty gruff, cursing and talking down to everyone. Kid of weird, but they had my parts. So 3 stars.

Absolute imbeciles!
Looking at the current Real Deals sale flyer, called to inquire about a 12/24 volt battery charger, gave the guy item number listed with description and page number of ad and still unable to locate item.

Went in here this morning. Had a hydraulic fitting I needed. Guy doesn’t even give me the time of day. Just said nope don’t have it. I said oh? So you can’t even order it? Nope. Ummmm did you even try? Do you even wanna make a sale? Extremely rude not the first time I’ve had issues with this employee. He is also the manager! Extremely frustrating! So I went down the road to the other Napa in prior lake and they had the part on hand.

I had a great experience at the Napa auto parts store today. The two gentlemen who were working were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be coming back to this store when necessary.

Sales person asked me what car do I have. I said Hyundai Tucson. He asked, "is that Kia?" I turned around and left without buying anything and never coming back.

Went in to get a distributor cap and they would not price match the manager Josh says he cannot price match to no other stores I will not shop at Napa again

One or two employees are helpful, the rest are absolutely worthless. I don't want to hear "I don't know, can't help you with that." I'm asking you about grease. Vehicles use grease. Napa sells grease.
Basically, unless you bring these guys a part number and know what you need already, they will be completely unhelpful.

Worst experience in my life. Had battery warranty and they didn’t honor it! I will never shop at this place again. Funny when I went right down the road to oreilly told them my issue and they said if it happens again that they will honor there warranty. Save you self the headache and go to oreily

Well I called looking for a trailer wire adapter. They immediately said we don't have one. I asked can I get a availability on it? He said no we don't have it. I said so you wont look it up and tell me if you can get it. He said yep. Well I called my friend who owns another Napa and within 2 mins he had it looked up, and told me what stores had it. Well these guys had it, but the guy was too lazy to look it up and make money. So I will not do business with these guys again, nor will the company I work for. Thanks for nothing.

Pat is a savior. Twice now she made magic happen for me. I run a bin cleaning business and when we break down on the route I need fixes fast. She always comes through. Fair prices to boot. Thanks Pat
