This place is absolutely awesome! They have good rates and their facilities are clean and very well maintained. Never had an issue while I was storing here. I highly recommend using them for any storage needs.

My name is Mindy and I have had a storage unit for about 10 yrs at the Burnsville location. Through out these years Albert has always been very helpful in giving me even courtesy calls as my billing date approaches. As payments can be easily missed due to busy life! Recently I had a emergency vacate out of a situation and called Albert to ask him if he had any availability. Once again he was extremely helpful and comforting on letting me know he had spaces and to come in and we can work something out. I then had a 24 hr vacate and needed an additional unit on top of the one I already have immediately!! He went out of his way to help me get into another unit as it was an emergency time sensitive. I had a truck full of stuff and still had to go back to load another truck of furniture. So 2 trips I had to make..it was a extremely crazzi day for me considering and Albert definitely made the situation less complicated for me. Thank you soooo much Albert for all you do!! You definitely helped my moving day and situation a true blessing🙏Thanks again Mindy

Best storage I have ever had. The units are safe and clean. There are free carts to easily move your stuff. Reasonable prices and so friendly. I was at my lowest and they helped me find the correct size I needed and made it a breeze to change units as I downsized. The last two years would have been way harder if I was at any other storage place. I highly recommend having your stuff here. You will be in great hands.

Great place to store you belongings. I stored a vehicle here for a few months. I had zero problems. Also when it was time for me to vacate, Albert even helped me get home with it by driving my other vehicle!

No elevators. Carts are in kinda bad shape. Very wobbly. Kind-of expensive.

This is a great storage company. They’ve always treated me fair and amazing. The front desk is always nice to me. The prices are also a bargain. The facility is very secure as well.
