Visited recently, very disappointed. Manager Kami was rude and dismissive when I needed assistance, and her shirt was cut way too low, her chest was pretty much exposed. I also do not appreciate seeing her nipple piercings. Very unprofessional.

Let me preface this by sharing that I will continue to frequent this location when needed because of its close proximity. I was bummed with my experience today. I get it is a busier time of year however the gal checking me out was quite abrupt and rude. She yelled “I can help who’s next” to the point where the employee next to her asked why she yelled. I walked up to her saying “Well people never listen in line” with a pretty curt attitude. Okay. I had exchanges from online, one of which was pretty damaged and I didn’t realize until I removed the tag. She needed to call a manager for that item, which is fine, but the general attitude as she described to the manager that the item looked “worn” (what?!) & the manager talking over me as I tried to describe I removed the tag bc I have like 4 pairs of these dress pants in multiple colors. Didn’t think I needed to check before washing them but was glad I did. She spoke over me in a defensive manner, sharing she’s seen damages come through from online a lot recently and said she’d return today but I needed to keep tags on in the future. (Again, what?! The tag matches the item…and it sounds like this isn’t my fault. Which it isn’t. ) All in all, I felt like I was being accused of something over a $11 and $18 exchange. It was one of the most odd experiences tbh. I get this time of year is busy but I don’t understand the accusations like these people have personal stake in old navy and are losing out from my $29 exchange PLUS I spent another $90. I’m floored.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Their return policy is ridiculous. Won’t even let you exchange or store credit past 30 days. They forgot my old navy cash multiple times. Got beeped at the doors 3 times cause the employee forgot to take the alarm things off. Do not recommend wasting your time or money here.

I went to this store on labor day so I get that it was busy with back to school and the state fair and all that. What I do not understand is the Assistant General Manager, Diane, was nice at the beginning but as the transaction went on I got a sense of judgement based on the items I was buying. As me and my partner approached the counter, Diane was nice and approachable. For context, I prefer to dress in a more masculine style. She rifled through my items and checked me out and when she got to my undergarments and pants I was purchasing she got quiet and stopped paying attention to what she was doing. As I was walking out the security scanner started freaking out and she came over to take the security tag off. She forgot to take off the tag of one the pairs of pants I had purchased. Then we got to our car and checked the receipt and my partner noticed she charged me for 4 items 2x. 😑 We immediately go back in and a nice young lady named, Rachel, she informed us we needed to get back into the line. Rachel was dealing with an unruly lady who was angry about the security tags being still on her children's clothing and being rude to her. She still handled it with professionalism and grace. She informs us she will have to call Diane back over to fix her mistake cause it was above her abilities. I understood totally and completely. Diane comes over and she was very rude to Rachel and another young lady that was her other employee and told them to just do their job. They looked like they were near tears I felt so bad for them. Diane rectified her mistake without a single apology. I will not be visiting this store ever again.

Don’t do business here. I purchased some outfits for my kids, I spent about $100. One of the of the outfits didn’t fit my kid so I had to return it with the receipt & Tag on within the timeframe & they would not return it because I didn’t have the card I used to purchase. Mind you This is $24.99 return out of the $100 I spent there. I will take my money elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

When the website says there is a sale on something "online and in-stores" this store somehow excludes themselves from that. They do not have the same sale and usually charge more here for some reason than what is advertised online. Good selection, especially for children, but no plus size for women. Usually pretty clean. Staff is young and inexperienced so if you need anything particular try to go during hours where a manager is present because no one will be able to help beyond a general sale.

Went in to exchange some clothes and Tammy was extremely rude. When I walked in, she was at the front of the store and instead of greeting customers, she scowled as people walked in. She was rude when I explained to her what I needed exchanged at the cash register and gave me lots of attitude. When watching her interact with other customers she was just as rude and was seen carelessly flipping clothes around as she was ringing them up. She aggressively flipped a pair of pants and the hanger hit a child that was standing there with his parents. Overall bad experience with Tammy.

This store closes earlier than 8pm and then when you point out it's not closing time the own manager Tammy gives you an attitude.
