Love the new layouts and look of the new PetSmart. Staff at this location are super friendly. I take my good boy here once a quarter for a professional bath and grooming!

Clean store and the animals were well taken care of. I believe we were helped by a young lady named Tina, who was extremely knowledgeable about all the animals. She was friendly, and very helpful answering all the questions we had. We'll be back to that store when it's time to make our pet purchase.

The Grooming Team here has been amazing! Our dogs are usually super nervous with situations they're not familiar with, but the grooming & bathing staff made them feel calm and did an outstanding job bathing, nail-cutting, and tooth-brushing our babies. On top of that their customer service skills are A+! We will keep going back. After a bad experience at PETCO, this team at Petsmart has put us at ease:-)

This PetSmart is organized and the staff was helpful. One of the better PetSmart's in the area for sure. The Lakeville location had dead betta fish and dead schooling fish stuck to the water filters in their tanks. This location clearly took better care of their aquatic life and their other animals.
Parking was ample. Staff was helpful and courteous.
Would definitely recommend this location over others!
I bought a betta fish and some schooling fish and some dog treats that were on sale for my pup!

So I went there last night got 2 goldfish and 20 rosey tea feeder fish around 7pm and all of them died within less than twelve hours I threw them down the toilet ,I called the store n they said I needed to bring in the dead fish for a refund on 20 cent fish that's disgusting , not I'm sorry that happened the girl was really rude on the phone not like they are expensive fish n I'm trying to pull a scam never again will I shop there pictures are good enough at other places I'll stick with pet supply plus in burnsville

The grooming service here is amazing! I took my Great Pyrenees, Bear, here and they did such a great job with his cut. He looks and smells so nice! Thank you Jada and everyone else who helped. Lovely people and great service 🩷
