Just had the most positive experience @ Red Wing shoes in Prior Lake with Ryan! Boy did he know his stuff and was even willing to share his own tips and tricks with the Traction Tred Lite work boots we bought. My son started an outdoor job and has never worn work boots so we went in to Red Wing knowing nothing, and came out of Red Wing knowing so much more and wearing smiles on our faces!

I stepped into a Red Wing store today for the first time ever, and I couldn’t be more impressed and appreciative than the service I received from Brandon. Right as I arrived, I showed him a photo of the specific boot I was interested in, and without hesitation, he knew the name of the shoe, went straight to it, and immediately went into explaining the details of the shoe, hitting all the points as to why I was interested in the shoe in the first place.
Before we got into trying any shoes on, Brandon said first things first, let’s get an image of both feet, to see where support is needed most.
The technology they have at the Red Wing store was so spot on, it identified my feet as if it were a mold. This platform pinpointed where my highest pressure points were and detected the high curvature of my arches, down to the exact shape and size of the unfortunate bunion I’ve developed in the recent years.
Brandon was very professional, and knowledgeable, and as more customers continued entering the store, he assisted everyone in a calming manner and was very attentive and polite.
Once I was sold on the right pair of boots and insoles, without me even asking, he informed me of the discount Red Wing offers to the workers at the company I just started working for, and he happily added that to my purchase.
Basically, what I’m trying to get at is, if you’re someone looking to invest in a good pair of shoes, where support and comfort is most important to you and your feet. I 100% recommend the Red Wing store for your purchase, and if you get Brandon, you’re in good hands!!!

The staff here are helpful multitalented very chill. One guy literally carried eight boxes of different boots for me to try single-handedly. Definitely going to come back here again and again due to the awesome people.

The new Savage store is easy to get to and very friendly. Chris was very helpful in finding the size that I needed and even solved my shoelace problem of them coming untied. Thank you for making it easy to get comfortable shoes that last a while.

Worked with sales associate Chris. Very informative about the boots I was looking at. Helped me decide which were best for me based on my work, time on my feet every day and break-in period. Also got the Tough Toe put on by Chris.
To top it off he fixed/glued the sole on my 8 yr old redwing boots free of charge.

I went to the store for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised with great customer service from a sales associate in Chris. He was very helpful and made my experience great. I highly recommend this store and if you go there ask food Chris.

Went in yesterday needing a new pair of boots, chris helped me after looking at my previous foot scan from this store. Gave me a couple different options to try, found the pair that would fit me best. Highly recomened going to this redwing store, hands down great customer service from chris and the other employee who did my foot scan last time I was in there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Brandon is the best footwear salesman I've had. Had the whole store handled by himself, talked with three different customers and fitted two of them as I was getting checked in.
I've followed Red Wing boots and sought after a pair of Heritage boots for almost a decade. Watched countless videos, read many forum posts, and learned a lot about boots along the way. Brandon knew his stuff! From which boot models use the same lasts, to the leather and tread they use, even some of the history and changes to models over the years.
If you need to get fitted for some Heritage Iron Rangers or Moc toes this is your place to go.
