We had the windshield on our Subaru replaced here. The windshield washer sprayers were not put together properly. The push pins that hold the bottom windshield trim were all broken. The tech that did this clearly didn't care. I will never use Safelite again.

Tech had no idea what he was doing. Had to take cowl off myself. Cant believe the technician had me doing work on my own car. In the end the windshield was on crooked and looked awful. Trying to get someone else to come out and fix it.

I’m assuming this was the location that dispatched the tech, Zachary, because this is the location address from my receipt. I’ve used Safelite about 4 times before and never had an issue. This time, I scheduled a tech to fill a couple rock chips on my wife’s car. Lady who scheduled me at the call center asked if I wanted new wiper blades and I said “No”. Tech installed them anyway without asking, then hit us with a receipt. My wife was the one who opened the garage and never really interacted with him until he called and said it was done. I was on my way home and stopped him and asked him to replace my old wiper blades and refund me, to which he responded “the old ones don’t like to go back on”. That’s a lie because I’ve removed and replaced my own blades before. This is a horribly shady business practice. He didn’t even install them right- he forgot to take off the white clips that say “remove”. Called corp and they made a note in my file and said a manager would call, nobody did. Tried calling the location and nobody answered. Would never use safelite again at this location. They obviously don’t care about the customer. All the other locations I have used have never even attempted to sell me blades and other techs have been very helpful.

THe management for this store is extremely poor. It took them 4 times to get the proper window, but yet they scheduled an appointment at my home for either a morning or afternoon install which require me to stay home till they arrived. but then they would call near the end of the 4 hour window to say they didn't have the windshield. I also had to call themafter waiting3.5 hours to find out about them not having windshield.the final time I took them to call me the day before to verify if they received the windshield, then I let them schedule the time to install it.I would not recommend satelite location to anyone.

WEBSITE AND CALL CENTER NOT EQUIPPED TO ANSWER BASIC QUESTIONS AND GIVE ME "CLEAR" ANSWERS. I HAD USED THIS BEFORE FOR MY WIFE'S VEHICLE, SO...I DON'T KNOW, MAYBE THE PEOPLE FIELDING MY INQUIRIES ARE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY? I AM LOOKING AT OTHER COMPANIES RIGHT NOW.

Horrible Service, buyer beware:I made an appointment to have my Telsa windshield replaced because of hail damage. I made the appointment a week in advance. I dropped my car off and received a call 40 minutes later indicating the windshield they had was not the correct windshield. They blamed it on the windshield not being labeled or put into the wrong box. They told me they would have to order the windshield directly from Tesla and "it could take a day, two days, a week, or 10 days, I am not sure." They claimed my 2023 Model Y Tesla was so new the windshield did not have a model number causing the problem with the wrong windshield. They told me over and over that my car was so new there was no model number which is why they were having trouble ordering my windshield. I called back 4 hours later and they told me the same thing and said the person responsible for ordering the part, Sue, could not give an ETA on when the windshield would be delivered. I asked if the windshield had been ordered yet and the manager reported he was not sure because my car is so rare and new they did not have a model number.I called the office in Minneapolis to see if I could get an appointment with a different location. I talked with someone who said she thought I could get an appointment in the Minneapolis location but she would have to call me back to confirm. She never called me back. I called the Minneapolis location again and this time I talked with one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in any company. I explained my issue with the wrong windshield being ordered and the fact that the manager, Dave, could not give me an ETA on a new windshield. I told her I had talked to someone about maybe getting an appointment in the Minneapolis location. She put me on hold, and called Sue and Dave, at the Burnsville location without my knowledge. She came back on the call with me and proceeded to tell me that my car was so rare and new that there was no model number for the windshield yet and they are having a difficult time ordering it from Tesla. I asked her how, if there was no model number for the Tesla windshield, they were able to order a windshield in the first place. It seems to me the problem with the windshield should have been caught BEFORE my appointment. She said to me "Everybody has been trying to explain this to you all day, but I will try again, your car is so new and rare there is no model number for a windshield for your car. Your car was just out in May and we are in August" I told her I did not like being condescended to and asked to speak to her supervisor, to which she replied "Sure" and they hung up on me. I called back and explained to another customer service person what had happened with the previous person and asked to speak to a manager. The third person I talked to advised me that if I was unhappy with the service I was more than welcome to have my car fixed somewhere else. I will not be returning to this company for any services. It seems to me they made the error of ordering the wrong windshield and would not take responsibility for the mistake. Instead, they tried to blame the fact that my car was so new there was no model number for the windshield. If this were true, it should have been caught BEFORE my appointment. However, when I went online to search for a model number for a 2023 Model Y Tesla I found this: Tesla Model Y Windshield Front OEM 1533237-00-F. I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and saw the company is not registered with the BBB and has a one-star rating. Very poor customer service!

The work was done quickly, and the dashboard was wiped off of any debris from the windshield replacement. The estimated time to complete was 1.5 hrs, and they were done in 1 hr. The communication was excellent. I was texted 5 times before the appointment, 3 times during the appointment, and 1 time as a follow-up.

…there a reason that “THIS”SAFELITE location was 1st on Google, when I needed a new windshield.I did the online convenience of setting up an appointment, which worked best for my schedule.I had constant reminders and helpful hints via emails and texts of upcoming appointment. A GREAT benefit for busy lives.I walked in on my appointment day, Sue, the office staff greeted me warmly. Before I could blink, my car was already in the shop! I was invited to relax in the waiting area as well as offered a variety coffee options along with add ins.I was expecting to be there 2 hrs, but within 55 minutes, my car was parked right in front of the door, a service man, Tim walked in and said it was ready to go and handed my me keys with a SMILE!!He gave me handy hints for the next couple days, so the seal could cure.BONUS??? Sue and I talked the whole time like old friends and made time go so fast!!! As other customers came and went, she was highly professional and knowledgeable of her job and the company. There is NOTHING better than doing new business with a company that makes you feel like you’ve known them for years!Thanks… for your service!Lisa Buckentin

I had a big crack/chip in my windshield coming home from Chicago a month ago on my jeep grand Cherokee L. . They did a fabulous job and it was very quick. Love these guys highly highly highly recommend Joanne.edlefsen

They helped me take care of a small crack in my windshield before it grew. Lovely people and fast, quality service. I've used my car for about 6 years after their work and no crack ever developed. I can't even see where it was! Great place.

Set up an appointment for drop off it was a 1 hour procedure. There was zero communication throughout the entire day on the report of the vehicle. This was on a Saturday so we had to wait until Monday for further notice. DisappointedGirlfriend now threatening to take my car for work purposes on Monday..
