  Perfectly matched to existing color. Only 1/4 of this wall was touched up and you cannot tell exactly where. Well done 😁

  Bought a bunch of the sherwin williams captivate paint. Of every paint I've ever used, this is by far the worst. 3 coats and it still has an awful finish! I'm actuay considering demanding a full refund for all of it. Today i picked up some superpaint to cover up the terrible paint i spent 12 hours putting upand discovered it was not completely mixed. And, im not buying paint here anymore. This place is way too expensive and their quality is not good at all.

  Great store, people and selection. The staff is always professional and happy to assist you. Jack was very helpful in helping me find what I needed and answered my questions. I Highly recommend this store.

  We have bought at least 4 gallons of paint and a lot of miscellaneous supply’s since end of September - I stopped by today to grab one last gallon of paint to complete our project. And joked with the associate that we had spent so much on paint that it was unbelievable. He even said we purchase the “good stuff” based on what I was buying.While they where mixing our paint I was looking for sample colors for our office. When the associate was ringing me out he asked if I was looking to do an additional project and told if I was, he then said if I didn’t need it today to wait until Thursday to purchase because all paint would be on sale for 30% off. I asked if I could wait to pick up what they where mixing until then or get the discount today based on our recent purchases and he said - well no we already mixed it.Why tell a customer that is paying full price at almost $85 a gallon that?? I was told I got $9 off he said based on our account??Frustrating to say the least andvery disappointed in the customer service I received today.

  My husband and I went in a week ago. Had a fantastic experience with a manager who he helped us figure out exactly what we needed for our project. Today we went back to see if they had cabinet paint and the girl working her name was Maia was extremely rude to multiple customers. From the moment I stood there for like 10 min without a word from her. She just kept looking at me and didn’t say “I’ll be with you in a second” or even say a thing to let me know she saw me. The customer she was helping before me asked if there were any coupons he could use. She immediately said no. I knew from the previous time visiting this store that there was a coupon on the SW website. So I told him. He asked for her help with the coupon to find it online and she forcefully responded with “I JUST NEED A BARCODE” and tried to tell him he couldn’t use it, etc. she was so rude so I called her out and asked her nicely to calm down. Overall a bad experience today. Not sure if I’ll come back to this store due to this. We left without paint today.

  The manager was possibly the most helpful person to help with my newbie questions about a paint job. Amazing staff. I wish I had the manager’s name but she had a nose ring and is so knowledgeable.

  I love this place because they never say "I'm not sure." Also you rarely have to wait - for anything. They KNOW what they're talking about, The premium you pay for S/W paint is worth it. Quality is consistent and definitely the best you'll find. If you don't want to be repainting every few years, try getting better (S/W) paint.

  Very patient, kind, and accommodating folks. I wouldn’t go to anyone else when I have a project. In a time when good “service” is rare... the employees at the Burnsville Sherwin Williams far exceed expectations!
