Nae has been very accommodating and helpful. A very skilled staff who knows what is supposed to be done. Very welcoming. Overall an A+ for her and 10/10. Istorage is the best place to have a parking spot. Thank you.

Rent is cheap and your storage unit will be protected they make sure of that and they keep it clean and the lady that works there is always spot on thanks for all your help I forgot your name but she was such a great help the lady that drives the white charger so polite and understanding

The person who apparently “runs” this site is never available. She gave me a specific time to be there and twice now she not there and doors are locked
You can’t call the office it just goes to a call center and the call center said they couldn’t reach out to her either.
I don’t think there’s been a single time I’ve showed up here over the last 3 months and seen anyone in the office.
No to mention terrible units with 0 maintenance and they raise the fees by 40% after they get you to sign.

They had the best price in the area. No storage fees. Don't have to buy their lock, but they have them if you need. Set up was simple and quick. The gal there Nae is simply amazing! Helpful and in the office when she is supposed to be! She makes the whole thing quick and easy!
