Rob Smith is a talented manager of the Burnsville Sleep Number store. We visited the store based on a strong recommendation of our son Joe to examine the sleep number offering. Rob gave us a very factual and friendly summary of the features and functions of the sleep number bed. my wife and I decided to purchase the sleep number bed and the purchasing process was very efficient. highly recommended.

Stay away. My sleep number was less than one month out of warranty and I was told that was really to bad. No help what so ever. A air bag with no warranty.

Great experience with a pleasant, helpful sales person.
Wide selection of models to check out and experience.
All of the new bells and whistles were explained clearly.
Great financing, promotions and discounts.
We're upgrading from our still fine 16 year old Sleep Number to one of the new smart split kings with head elevation.
Can't wait!

I swear it was like buying a new car! The salesman was very nice and helpful but GEEEEEZE.... We had to lay down and " experience " the mattresses, and then we had to sit and answer a bunch of questions. We weren't even sure we were going to buy one. Yeah, kind of uncomfortable.

Rob acquainted us with the wide array of Sleep Number beds pointing out the differences and letting us test ride them. Rob and the the product itself sold us. Our bed arrives in less than 48 hours - can’t wait!

Absolutely will never in my life buy from this company again. It is a complete joke. Issues don’t start happening until after the 100 day trial. Scheduled an appointment to have a replacement part and the lady who helped set it up cancelled it 2 days later and never notified me. Customer service is terrible. Won’t do anything to ensure customer satisfaction. They don’t care and know they can get away with scamming people out of their money. THE BEDS ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

Corey at the Burnsville store was fantastic! Never pushy, just informative and easy to work with! Very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Between the comfort of the bed and his service, it was a no brainer to purchase our first Sleep Number!

We have had a Sleep Number bed for over 20 years and decided to upgrade. Tom was great. He did a very thorough review of our sleep styles, concerns, wishes-and extensively explained the current Sleep Number differences very well. He did not push or oversell to features we might be seduced by, but truthfully would rarely have used. We feel confident we made the right choice and are excited to get our new bed and frame! Thank you Tom for your assistance and honesty. I will highly recommend you and Sleep Number to others.

it was very very good experience. I was told everything about the bed and no high pressure, they have integrety and I was very impressed with the information about the bed and contracI and was able to spend a lot of time with the sales person, not rushed for another customer for him to help, it was a great experience . i am a customer for life.
