My fiancée ordered a signed jersey to be framed as a birthday gift. When she went to pick it up, she noticed that the border cuts were uneven and frayed. Given that we paid nearly $1,000, this is completely unacceptable. It feels like they were aware of the issue but tried to pass it off anyway. They promised to fix it and call her back, but never did. After following up, they told her it would take another two weeks, despite already having waited over a month. This has been extremely disappointing. When paying this much for a framed jersey, we expect nothing less than perfection.

They have framed and matted a print for me which turned out beautiful. As well as repairing a print that was damaged during our move. Replaced glass, repaired frame and touched up print that had sustained damage also. Looks brand new, wonderful job. I would feel confident having this team work on any piece. So happy to have found this great shop!

Read great reviews about this place so I decided to give them a try. Well, the reviews were exactly right, they were very friendly and did an amazing job. They gave me frame suggestions and mat suggestions that perfectly accented the chalk drawing of my cat that I took in. I was very happy with the whole experience and will use and recommend them again!

They do fantastic work at The Great Frame Up. We have had multiple items framed, from concert posters to degrees and every time they turn out perfect. Can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommend. I've had them frame two pieces, and they do an excellent job--from helping choose the frame and attention to detail in the framing process, to carefully packaging the finish product so it's well-protected until it's hanging on the wall. The owners, Shaina and Pedro, and their staff are excellent to work with.

This is my first time having something framed at The Great Frame Up. Excellent work. They were patient and helpful in picking out a frame. Be sure to spend the extra money for the better glass. I had to touch my print to see if the glass was there. This is a gift for my daughter and I know she will love it.
