Constantly delivers mail to the wrong address, and makes it nearly impossible to contact them without going into the physical post office because they refuse to answer their phone.

Horrible customer service. They sent urgently required medication out of state after holding it 4 days past delivery date. We contacted them and they said that it canât be Intercepted, and that they canât even request it to be sent back. (Which is absolutely wrong I worked for them for over 5 years) they commit rights violations constantly and this entire post office needs to be investigated and shut down. Even management gaslights you and lies to you about procedures and what they can do.

Horrible customer service. Was practically yelled at to keep ringing the bell to pick up my package. Waited 30+ minutes for someone to finally help and she almost skipped over me. Yelled at me from not bringing a pink slip even though I NEVER got one because the person who shipped the package to me forgot my unit number. Was given a whole rant about needing a pink slip. The guy who ended up finding my package was nice but overall a terrible experience. They made me feel like I was in the wrong when I wasnât. I understand theyâre understaffed but it doesnât hurt to be a little more nice. If I could give a 0 I would.

The reviews have it right. This place is just awful. You think the customer survive at the dmv is bad? They clearly hate their lives here. Slow and rude.

We received a package today that left from this location, but don't have a dog. I wish they would just be truthful if they don't want to get out of the truck or it won't fit in the mailbox. Don't be lazy.

Called multiple times to get other people's mail to stop being sent to me and after multiple calls a year later I'm still getting other people's mail. Not to mention the God awful automated service!

I have a post office Box.. here it's pretty spendy if you don't purchase it on line....
The line moves slow even when there are 3 workers working.
Plus they're hiring
But I wonder why no one wants to work for them?
Is it the pay or the criteria of the job?

Made appointments for passport for my 3 month old twins. Checked in at post office on time (11:30am), was told to wait to side for someone to come out to assist us. After 15 minutes of waiting with no updates, we asked the clerk at front counter for an update. He said heâd text the guy who is supposed to come help us but was unable to provide estimated wait time. Another 10 minutes passed before the guy came and got us. No apologies were granted for our wait. He completed his part of the forms and collected our money, and then we went back to take our twins photos. It was very unprofessional and we could have done a better job at home. He placed USPS uniforms in our babyâs car seat and placed a white sheet over it for us to set our baby on top of. I have no idea if those uniforms were clean but regardless, itâs unsanitary to use our babyâs car seat as a laundry hamper!! We just hope that the passport applications and photos are sufficient to get our passports. I wonât be using this post office again if we can help it.

Cant ship anything on time. The government run mail system is old, outdated and need to be dismantled so companies that actually take the job seriously can take over.

I've always wondered why this post office had such low reviews. After visiting the post office the other day, I now know why.
The people in line were accumulating very quickly. Minnesotan's were patiently waiting to be serviced which is expected of Minnesotan's but truthfully speaking, they needed someone to call out this clerks behavior. As I get closer to getting serviced, I overhear the grayed hair white male clerks conversations. He was a huge talker and would talk to anyone and everyone about his life's story. Yes, I understand simple small talk to be respectful but when you're on the clock and there is a long line forming, the clerk should consider doing his job instead of yapping away. I will never go to this post office again for my shipping needs. You could be stuck there for an eternity.
