This place is inconsistent at best. Don't seem to have any systems in place especially when it comes to deliveries... Anytime I've tried to talk to a supervisor, they are rude and condescending. Get told that they couldn't make a delivery, but after I call, they could deliver less than 30 minutes later so it was on the truck in my neighborhood. Drop off packages in the middle of townhouses by a water spout, instead of walking a few more feet and putting it by the front door (where it was supposed to go) These are recurring issues... as in over years, they improve for a little but then go right back how things were...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your facility on 2/29/24 at approximately 1:30 PM. I arrived to pick up a package and waited in line for five minutes before being directed to the side door by the clerk at the front desk. I waited for 20 minutes and rang the doorbell twice, but there was no response. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I returned to the main line, where I found that the first clerk had left and there were now three people ahead of me and six people behind me.I understand that there may be policies in place regarding walk-up pickups, but I believe that the lack of communication and accountability on the part of the first clerk resulted in an unnecessary waste of my time. Had I been informed of the policy or given a more accurate timeframe for pickup, I would have been more understanding.While I appreciate the efforts of the other clerks who were attending to the customers in line, I feel that the overall experience was not up to the standards from USPS.I believe that improving communication and accountability among your staff would go a long way in enhancing customer satisfaction.BTW I left without my package.

Usually are great, but lately, they keep marking my packages as "delivery failed: recipient unavailable." I work nights & am up at 10-noon, yet no phone call ever received or in my call history (from either them calling or the apartment pager). I understand that they are likely in a hurry, but not even making an effort? Now I have to again, drive to the post office & bother the workers in the back to get my item/sign for it.

My husband's qalo Ring was supposed to arrive today and I even got the update of it arriving but when I went out there the mailbox was empty. I'm pretty sure somebody stole the ring that works for USPS. This was such an expensive gift for my husband I can't believe somebody would steal it

In my sixty some years, I have NEVER experienced a postal carrier as inept as ours. We have gone to speak to the supervisor at the Burnsville location with photos of her dismal delivery services on four different occasions. Nothing has been done and now our carrier has a vendetta against us. We have neighbors that have had similar experiences. Pathetic public service for our tax dollars.

The mailman or someone from the facility, opened my package, stole my merchandise from the box inside the package then proceeded to “reseal” my package with masking tape. Then to top it off they still delivered a very visibly tampered package to me. Sadly I work 6-6 & have to wait 24 hours to file a claim so I will be doing so after work today but this facility, ghetto as hell with no respect to the public or their belongings

We went to apply for passports and had actually arrived on the wrong day. They were very gracious with us and allowed us to continue the application which was very nice of him. We appreciate everything you guys do! Thank you again!

I went to the post office to submit a change of address since they want 1 dollar to do it online. They took my forms. Now I am getting documents that it needed to be appropriately completed because they now need my ID. Why didn't they ask for my ID at the post office ?

Didn't even attempt to contact me or buzz my door. Just wrote that I was "Unavailable" and couldn't make delivery. Like...come on man, how hard is it to just buzz a door. I work from home. I'm here all the dang time. :(

I have been to and dealt with quite a few PO's here in Minnesota. Burnsville PO has, by far, the best workers around. Devin and Scooter are great!

I have not received mail since Wednesday 5/24. Informed delivery is telling me I have mail that should be delivered. What is the issue????? Do you not have enough staff????? I am waiting for something so that I can close on my new home and the lack of response from the USPS is incredibly disappointing. I sat on hold with customer service for 35 minutes only to get hung up on. I attempted to call the Burnsville location directly only to get hung up on multiple times!!!! What do I need to do to get my mail??????

I regularly experience issues around lost packages or packages being returned to their sender due to an ‘insufficient address’ or other listed error. It’s also challenging to get on the line with anyone here or get anything delivered that should not be returned.

The clerks here have always been efficient and friendly when I've been here. I got my passport photo and paperwork processed there and that went smoothly. My only suggestion is they should have clear signage for where to go/wait for passport service.
