This is one of my go-to places for produce and refillables! They have a peanut butter machine where you can bring your own jar and it will grind down peanuts for made in house peanut butter and it is FANTASTIC! Plenty of vegan options for soups and bakery, all of which are fantastic and flavorful (I'd spend my entire paycheck at the bakery alone if I could) and staff are friendly and helpful.

This is my favorite co-op in the Twin Cities area. Great selection in produce, wellness. Breads, meat & organic. If you're thirsty, they have freshly juiced smoothies that are delicious & nutritious. Great selection for freshly made soups. Bakery items are fantastic & and have a good selection. There are so many positives about this co-op.

High quality organic selection. Often cheaper than similar products at other stores offering organic produce. But not always. Joining the co-op is definitely worth it.

Didn't have seasame seeds...ran out! The guy filling the bulk food wasn't particularly helpful.

Healthy, Helpful and Holistic! The only place I feel positive about grocery shopping, I believe I can trust what I'm getting has been scrutinized.

Fantastic selection of naturopathic, organic, vegan products, kombucha both on tap and bottled. We recently relocated to the area and glad we found such a great shop.

I just came from Valley Natural Food It was very clean and spacious not much with the customer service I didn't feel welcome at all our cashier's name was Harrison He was disgustedly rude and disrespectful. He was so pleasant with the customer before us handing her change and kept up conversation when he got to me he didn't greet me I had to ask him my total. I placed my money in his hand and he put my change on the counter with my receipt. The only difference between me and the customer in front of me is our race I will pray for Harrison. I didn't judge you but God will.

This is a very nice co-op that has a peaceful outdoor community garden where you can sit, enjoy a beverage or bite to eat, or just experience the green space.
The inside grocery area has an impressive selection of meat and dairy alternatives.
There is a nice selection of ready-to-eat food that has clear vegan labeling. Make sure to read the ingredient labels because 2 items in the deli were labeled vegan but contained honey. There is indoor café seating with tables/chairs, a TV and a fireplace.
Here are the vegan food items available on the day I visited:
VEGAN DELI ITEMS
Red Curry Tofu
Thai Cucumber Salad
Kung Pao Tofu (labeled vegan but ingredient list includes honey)
Creamy Coleslaw (labeled vegan but ingredient list includes honey)
Large salad bar
VEGAN HOT BAR ITEMS
French Fries
Caramelized Mushrooms and Onions
Vegan Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Garlic Green Beans
Brown rice
Lemon Garlic Spaghetti
Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Roasted Vegetables
VEGAN HOT SOUP BAR ITEMS
House made Red Lentil & Coconut Soup
House made Soup Diet

My first time here. I live in South Minneapolis, so coming this way is definitely not the norm. I usually go to whole foods for their large organic selections, but was in the area, so wanted to support a local food co op. The store has a lot of space, but not sure if it is the supply chain issue or not, but they seem to not have used their spaces very well. Some area are super cluttered, like the bulk section...dang, that space gives me a feeling of claustrophobia. I guess no business can compete with Amazon, but I would expect the friendliness and great service to make up for that. They have a good selection of fresh produce, but I guess I have a Whole Foods comparison mindset, so noticing their prices to be a lot higher. At least Whole Foods employees seem to enjoy their work and seem so much happier and friendlier than this place. Every employee onsite seemed very uptight. I went to their cafe area...stood their for some time, got totally ignored. No ..."I will be right with you" whatsoever. The overall feel of the store is just not very welcoming. I want to like you, but today's experience will most certainly make it my last time coming here.

I really like this spot in terms of Co Ops because they carry some unique items not found at other locations and they also have a very good soup/hot bar set up. The one thing that just shocks me not only here but at Whole Foods and at other Co Ops is how insanely unhealthy the sushi is. One of the basic rolls had 270 calories and 16 grams of sugar!! That is an absolutely out of control amount of sugar for a sushi roll. I think co ops need to start focusing more on offering healthy food that’s actually healthy. Not dousing seemingly healthy foods with comical amounts of sugar and inflammatory seed oils.Having said that, Apart from some of the products they carry this place is a fantastic staple for the neighborhood as you’re starting to get outside the big cities and into the food deserts that plague rural America. One update is that they use BPA free receipts which is a huge plus! That’s hard to find these days

I pop over to the drive through often to get smoothies. Sara always greets me with a smile and is always the sweetest morning welcome! Thank you Sara for making my mornings more enjoyable! I appreciate you!

I bring my little kids here and unleash them. The staff here has no idea how to handle kids, which I find amusing for some reason. Vegetable selection is nice, but the quality is hit or miss. Fruit section is good. Pre-made food section is ok, they basically make ~6 dishes and rotate them. My go-to place for healthy selections. I gave them 3 stars because quality is really hit or miss with their vegetables.

One of the best co-ops in the metro. The scones are to-die-for! The produce is always fresh with a large variety of options. All the employees are helpful and seem to really enjoy what they do.
