Yesterday, I went to Verizon in Burnsville to activate my new phone as I’m a new customer coming from a different carrier. When I first got there, they helped me right away and I was hopeful that I’d get the help I wanted. Gentleman 1 greeted me, listened to why I was there and dished me off to Gentleman 2. He had me go sit at this table and he “helped” me. He informed me that my account was suspended somehow so he had me call the customer service line and as I got that figured out, gentleman 2 checked on the progress once about 10 mins later and I informed him that I was waiting for customer service to email me back. They never did, so I had to recall customer service and finally got it figured out and got the suspension lifted. I then sat there for 30 mins waiting, and gentleman 1 came back over and asked about the progress. I told him I got the suspension lifted and I just need help activating the number. He tried helping a little but eventually said that gentleman 2 would help me once he was done with his customer. I waited for 45 mins for him to finish, thinking he’d come back over and help me as I was just sitting there at the same table, waiting, but he then took on the next customer. So I patiently waited for him to finish with the next customer. This took about another 45 mins, nobody checked on me or asked me anything. The manager was there, doing nothing. I continued to sit there waiting and he eventually finished with his customer. He then looks at me and we make eye contact and he looks away, then goes to the back, comes out with his coat on, says goodnight to the other workers and leaves as I’m in the same spot that he left me at. Nobody looked like they knew about me or was on their way to help so I left the store after being there from 4:25pm to 6:50 pm with no solution to a problem that I assumed would be easy. Not sure that’s how you treat new customers.

Should have looked at the reviews before making an appointment here. I have only gone to the Apple Valley location previously so the difference in Customer Service is HUGE. They are way too chunky and car salesmen like. First experience adding on a line, they really seemed to not be able to do anything for us bc we missed the good promos. But the guy said we do have the trade in thing. Cool, we have 30 days to trade any phone in. So my husband proceeds to bring in the trade in. Oh we can't take that phone... Um why not you said any trade it when adding the line. Complete BS. Says don't worry it's only xx.xx add we to your bill. So why did the guy last time say if you don't bring a trade in by the 30 days you will lose the credit on your phone for that. So now I'm waiting to see if I get screwed and they lied to add the line. Extremely dissatisfied with this experience. Where was the Store Manager? My husband said the morning employees were a joke.

Employees are cool, but the company itself is bad! Don't join verizon! Told me I'll get the 1st month of internet for free. Then, charged me double the price the 2nd to make up for it. After canceling their internet and returning the modem. They still charged me $220, claiming I didn't return the modem. Called Verizon and get a different story every time. They dragged me for almost a whole year. They will do it until you give up and steal your money! Worst service ever. I hope T-mobile take them out next.

Verizon customer service is trash, I thought I was paying a lil extra for the service. Just go with Mint mobile and save the $ the customer service is non existent - these guys are clowns 🤡

There was an elderly man about 95 years old that needed help unfortunately the reps didn’t bother helping him, please try to help the elderly people first. The lady that checked him was bothered by the slow way he was talking. You may say we serve as the customers check in but they serve someone that come after me so why not help the elderly people first that can not even Waite the long wait.

These employees are a joke. You’re better off driving an extra couple of minutes to another location.
I ordered my phone months ago and requested it to be shipped to the store. They said they have never done that which I have done before. They shipped it to the wrong address and said I was the one who put it in there and that I did the order “online” when I was in the store for the entire process. Long story short after many back and forth calls between Verizon and UPS I returned the phone.

I ordered and did an upgrade online in September (2 months ago) to get a new phone which said I would get $900 off the new iPhone I would just need to return my old phone which was great. The phone never came so I called Verizon and they told me they would do the upgrade and send me a phone I even added a line for the promotion for a free series 10 watch but they had issues with their system so they told me they would update my account and to go into the store. When I got in I was told I could do an upgrade but I wouldn’t get any money off the new phone and I would have to either pay off my phone or return it. Verizon also stated since the 2 month order never came and that I spent 2 hours on the phone with them they would wave the upgrade fee, the kid at this store told me they can’t wave that upgrade fee and if I did the upgrade now I wouldn’t get any promotion. Very sad, the girl I talked to at Verizon was great but the service at the store was not what I was told I just want to upgrade, why does it say online I can get money off the new phone but when I go in they lie I might just pay off my phone and go to a new carrier.

***Doesn't matter if my experience was corporate policy's fault or this local store-They're One in the Same***I ordered a new iPhone 16 Max online for my wife's BDay, on Nov 8th. Verizon PROMPTLY charged my card, within 20 minutes. However, since I didn't pick up the phone within 2 DAYS!-they cancelled my order despite the fact I had already been charged full price for it. Now I need to wait 3-4 business days for my money to come back to me and my wife didn't get her birthday gift. Verizon will let you down every way imaginable! If you're currently with another cell provider and considering switching to Verizon--don't do it!!

Fun story, I brought my Z Flip 5 to this store after owning it for 6 months. It was de-laminated which is was covered by warranty. The worker here was trying to get me to buy a new phone and sell them back the Z Flip for next to nothing because it was "out of warranty and could not be fixed." He kept pressuring me and I left and went to a Samsung licensed repair center and guess what. IT WAS IN WARRANTY. So the guys in this shop will literally lie to you and try to either scam you, or they are incredibly stupid. Either way stay clear of this place.

Reggie the manager and David the specialist working there were so helpful today. I am very pleased with my shopping experience. Both Reggie and David made the process of getting the new iPhone so smooth. I am definitely coming back here!

I placed an online order almost a year ago. When I got to the store the manager, Mike I believe, cancelled my online order due to him not being able to figure it out. I paid $660 for that order which still to this day has not been refunded! Mike refuses to refund this and puts it on corporate. Corporate states it’s his responsibility at the store level to refund. I am going to get legal involved if I do not get my refund
