Was waiting while receptionist was on the phone, I don’t expect to be serviced immediately but I was waiting there like 10 minutes and was not acknowledged whatsoever. The staff here are so rude sometimes and act like you’re wasting their time just trying to buy some contacts smh

I have been a customer at this particular location for many years now. Almost all the staff is polite and friendly. There is an older woman that works there that has been there as long as I've been a customer. I specifically avoid her because of the multiple unpleasant experiences I've had, my husband has had and my kids have had with her. Rude, condescending, snappy are all things I have used to describe her in the multiple complaints I have made about her. I came in on Saturday for my regular eye exam. She was there and working with a couple of women that appeared to not understand what she was trying to get across to them. She got audibally agitated with them, short with them, and was just plain acting unprofessional. I've worked in retail and customer service and understand that sometimes these situations can become frustrating, I've been there. It is completely UNPROFESSIONAL while there is a lobby full of customers, to walk to the main desk and start complaining, talking down about, and being disrespectful about that customer. How many more complaints does this woman need before your company does something? I had to ask if there was someone else that could help me when it came time to order because I'd rather gouge my eyes out than deal with this woman, and I had to sit and listen to her be rude and unprofessional to these women who may/not have immigrated here, I don't want to assume. As it seems there's minimal or passive response to the complaints I'm also going to forward this review to VisionWorks customer service at a higher level.

The staff I interacted with were helpful and nice. I wish they provided more assistance in adjusting glasses during pickup as I had to go somewhere else after the fact to get them adjusted. Also, they had a hard time finding my insurance information, so I paid a small amount at the time of purchase and was told I would possibly get a bill for a small remaining amount in the mail. The remaining balance ended up being $93, which is more than I anticipated and would have possibly changed my decision to buy glasses. I'm in the process of trying to figure out if that's what I really owe or if it's an error.

Unfortunately I visited Visionworks in Burnsville Mall and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The lady who greeted me at the front desk was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. Hope she wasn’t the manager. She spoke to me in a condescending manner, which left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. It’s unfortunate when someone in a customer service position behaves this way, as it reflects poorly on the business as a whole. I hope this location can work on improving its customer relations, as my experience was far from acceptable.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. I schedule in advance for an appointment at 11:30. I filled out the insurance information prior to my appointment. I went thinking they would have some kind of structure and organization. When I walked in the place was packed and it looked busy which I believe was ok because I had scheduled an appointment. I was helped by a tall, thin, red head women with glasses and she was off the bat condescending when I asked how long the appointment would take, I asked her twice and all she said was "like any other Dr appointment up to an hour" the 2nd time I asked she rudely says she doesnt understand what im asking about... she proceeds to tell me they need to run my insurance and could take 5min well I sat for 10min and no one ran nothing. I asked the status and her and her coworker started discussing how they had yet not run my insurance throught the system. At that point I left, if you do not have availability DO NOT SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS! So disrespectful of others time.

The Customer service is trivial. I was waiting to be acknowledged by staff for over 10 mins. They literally canceled our appointment while we waited to be greeted. Then told me they had other priorities and it could not have been more dead at this location. The eye doctor is great! But if you value time I would choose another location. When I go to Minneapolis a much much busier location I am out within 20 minutes max. This location is not efficient and will blame you for their short comings. This is not right I will not be returning.

Apparently, Visonworks has joined the practice of automatically scheduling eye exams without the knowledge of customers. I received a text message "informing" me of an uncoming appointment that I did not make. That is reprehensible behavior and very insulting. I can make my own appointments and resent the practice.

It’s now been close to three weeks since I ordered glasses, was told within two weeks. We have called 4 times, nobody knows where they are, they say they will email the lab and “get back to you by the end of the day today,” though we never hear anything back. We have been told they shipped and also told they don’t know the status at all. Nobody knows anything here, go to LensCrafters instead.

Visionworks certainly knows their business in eye health and corrective glasses. Very thorough, tool time to listen to me needes and was able to recommend solutions. Have been using VW very many years and will continue doing so.
