Really, don't waste your time. Besides being in a dead mall, they can't seem to hire or retain even basically skilled staff. please pay and train your employees to be one responsible and conscientious. After continued trying to just call and obtain a replacement set of glasses requiring no changes or the long wait to see someone , even with an appointment, , I was promised a call back THREE times and never heard back so on the 4th call, being placed on hold for about 10 minutes, by a irritated staff member, I gave up. I'm sorry you don't properly staff. LensCrafters takes care of my business now.

Rhonda was courteous. She approached me to let me know that I would be helped in a timely manner. She matched my insurance limits although they were out of network. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There were so many styles of frames to select. The whole process was clear, smooth and timely.

As usual, the exam was GREAT AND the customer service was BAD. Other reviewers have described their experiences and it seems they haven’t addressed them. The ladies at the front were short and condescending, I have been sitting waiting to be checked out for 20 minutes; in the past I have given it a pass because of the optometrist, but I am getting tired of the bad service. My kid is running out of patience and when I asked about the wait time they were passive aggressive. I’ll look for a new place to do my kids’ exams, but I will miss the exam ?By the way, I don’t have time to send an email to customer service, on top of the time I am already losing here… (and it seems the bad reviews and comments don’t really make a difference anyways).

It is always a horrible experience coming to this location. The exam itself is very quick and professional - the Optometrist is great. The customer service, however, is awful. It consistently takes over an hour post-exam just for them to finally get to you so you can pay the bill. They are extremely pushy trying to get you to buy new frames and it is obvious they prioritize helping customers who are choosing to buy new frames. Would not recommend coming here if you value your time, because they could not care any less about it.

If I could give ZERO stars for customer services, I would. Called two different times to see if my daughter’s glasses were ready, waited on the phone for 30 min and STILL NO ANSWER. I had to hang up BOTH times. It’s been a month since over ordered and I live some ways away. So I of course would like to know if they are ready before making the drive. Obviously that’s not possible for them to do. In person, customer service is also HORRIBLE.The eye doctor is GREAT. Everyone else? No. Avoid this place. Don’t waste your time or your money.As I write this review I’ve been on hold for 20 min. I’m about to hang up, AGAIN.

Worst customer service ever. Waited an hour+ to pay 35.00 for an eye exam, which took 5 minutes. Stacked appointments so you were pretty much held captive just to pay the fee. Assured inventory was the same at all stores... not so. The poor girl at the desk seemed to feel bad about making people wait more than an hour to check out but everyone else was incredibly rude Go somewhere, anywhere else

Horrible customer service. Charge you for glasses and contacts on your fsa, tell you they have a better deal. Say they will refund the charges and place new charges and then don't go through with refunding your money. Isn't that theft or Fraud? Manager of the store has no idea what she is doing.

Danielle was the upmost, professional worker at this store. She not only helped me with my contact fixing and solution, but got me the best pricing for my contacts. Danielle also helped me thoroughly with my brand new reading glasses that she helped fix onto my head (I had XXL helmets in sports back in the day). I will absolutely go back to get more work and help done by Danielle.

Very impressed!Went here to get a string fixed on my glasses. Dude noticed wear on another string and took the time to replace all of them!I have been told at other places that I'd be best off just getting new glasses -- I did not hear that here Instead, they were repaired above and beyond what I even asked. This was done free of charge as wellIf you're reading this with one lens taped in place after a hopeless endeavor to find a fix, come here -- this is your place

Had an eye exam that went great and I was seen timely, but when it came time to pay I was asked to wait while they helped other customers find and buy glasses. I waited 40 minutes just to pay for my eye appointment… could have been done in 10 minutes had they just let me pay

This is the place for your eye care needs - hands down! From the young man at the counter to the doctor in the back. Everything was clearly and concisely explained. I didn't feel rushed, and they were timely. So glad I ended up here!
