I would rate this a zero if possible. I returned after two hours because the pharmacy technician told me my prescription would be ready by then. However, when I arrived, I realized they only filled one prescription, even though my profile clearly shows that I have three prescriptions that need to be filled.
Mary, the pharmacy technician, asked for my ID but did not update my name in the system. Additionally, they never ask for your address to verify if it matches their records, which could help ensure that everything is up to date.

It really does make a difference, which pharmacy you choose for your prescriptions. I found that out the hard way. I am recently back in town and chose this pharmacy because it was closest. Had my doctor send over a prescription. When I picked it up, there were two boxes in the bag. Why two? Counter person in pharmacy couldn't answer that. And they wanted $34 for them. Wait, I usually have just a small co-pay for this. Not here! So, I told them to remove the second box, I would only pay for one. Counter person left for several minutes, then came back to charge me $17. When I finally got back to my hotel room, the bottle in this one box wasn't even half filled with the topical fluid. Talk about being cheated! It was late and I was too tired to go back and fight it out. Any and all other prescriptions will only go through CVS from now on. Don't use this Walgreens!

Do you have 30 minutes of your life to spend waiting in line?

I will never use Walgreens again! I went to pick up a prescription and it had been a few years so it took time to find my account (they passed me a used sticky note and a pen to write down my address because they didn’t comprehend what I was saying) well it was connected to my dads account so then he was texting me asking me about information I didn’t want to give him and at the end of waiting and “putting in my insurance” it had been 20 minutes. I come back later with my toddler in the car thinking this should go better. Nope. Sat for 45 minutes for them trying to figure out my insurance only for them to look at me and say your total is $119.99… excuse me what?! I obviously asked is that with my insurance or my dads since for some reason our accounts were connected. They tried a few more times and then looked at us and asked what we wanted to do. They kept staring as they told us the options, drive off, pay out of pocket or something entirely inaudible. We were beyond frustrated so we payed out of pocket with the little money we had and left. I called the pharmacist later to see if there was something we could do about this whole event and only then did I learn they don’t except my insurance and the pharmacist couldn’t do anything because they don’t! I’m happy to have my prescription but it was AWFUL customer service up to talking with the pharmacist!

the worst pharmacy i've ever been to. they take FOREVER to fill prescriptions, they temporarily close their store constantly, and the people are very rude.. it's overall the worst pharmacy you could go to. also almost nothing here is covered by insurance so you'll probably have to pay for your prescriptions out of pocket.

I recently visited the Walgreens Pharmacy photo kiosk section to get passport size photos, and I had a terrible experience. The customer service was horrible, especially with a woman named Jenny. She was extremely unhelpful and had a bad attitude. After my photo was taken, I waited 25 minutes and no one printed my picture. I walked outside for about 30 min and come back still the same.I had to come back the next day, and her mood was still the same—no greetings, no apologies, and she continued to be rude. To make matters worse, she gave me incorrect information when I left. I will never return to this place.

Transferring out prescriptions out of this and any Walgreens. They don’t follow their posted hours, and has happened multiple times. To be fair, it’s not only this Walgreens. Done with them.

had to pick up a pneumonia prescription from this pharmacy and got to the drive through window at 7pm (pharmacy closed at 8) and the sweet lady at the window told me to come back in 30 minutes and they'd have it filled. I had come directly from the doctor and was 20 minutes from home so I just decided to wait in the parking lot for the 30 minutes. I got back in line at 7:30 with 3 cars in front of me and the car at the front of the line was there for 21 minutes since I had gotten back in line, likely refusing to leave till their prescription was filled (I get it). I decided to go inside to the window while my dad who drove me stayed in line. The same woman who was at the drive through window earlier greeted me after a couple minutes and remembered who I was. She checked the status of my prescription and told me that unfortunately it wouldn't be filled till the next day, and that I should come back tomorrow; they were closing up at that point. She also apologized, which I appreciated. I ended up having to drive to a 24hr pharmacy to get it filled after my dad went inside to see if it could get transferred. This is not the fault of the staff as they were just very overwhelmed. I'm guessing they can't turn people away after their prescriptions have been sent there to be filled that night, even if they know they can't get to it before closing. They seemed to be doing the best they could and were very stressed as it was, and I should note that the actual pharmacist proceeded to stay after hours to fill prescriptions for the following day. My issue falls with the entire system. Many of the Walgreenses I have been to have also had similar issues where they are completely unable to get prescriptions filled and are constantly letting you down. It's very dysfunctional and completely unacceptable. Overall, I would recommend finding a pharmacy that is less swamped with prescriptions, so you can successfully get yours filled on time. Or, you might refuse to leave until yours is filled. Either way, I would not recommend sending your prescriptions to this pharmacy, and I find the 24hr one in Savage, only 7 minutes away, is better to get prescriptions filled as it is always open, so you can always ask for a prescription to be filled.

the worst service I have ever experience in a pharmacy the manager was so rude to customers and my self. They close temporarily for several days at a time. I would never fill any meds here again ever

Don't bother. The pharmacy doesn't follow posted hours. They close early whenever. They close temporarily for several days at a time. If you do happen to pick up when they're open, they are unfriendly and inconvenienced by you.
And then it's a question as to whether they have filled all your prescriptions or just one of them. Usually they start the process and then leave them unfilled for days at a time. Can you call them? No, they don't pick up. Your only option is to go in and have them tell you that you have to come back.
Switching to a different pharmacy is less inconvenient and I only have to do it once.

This location has unacceptable business practices. Pharmacy is not open when I says it is. I can now see why they are closing 1200 locations. Bulldoze the building!
