I live only a couple blocks from the Walmart in Bloomington and I drive all the way to Burnsville, I call it "the good Wal-Mart".

This Walmart is clearly staffed full of folks who have nothing better to do but make random assumptions about their customers.
Yesterday while in the self checkout line, every single item I would ring up I’d have to have an associate come and unlock the register. This entire process took a good 15 minutes. I kept asking what was wrong with the register, but the lady at the front didn’t know.
Then, this thing I can only describe as an overgrown skin tag came out from the back somewhere and approached me with ‘okay, so what’s the problem here’ all loud and aggressive. I’m confused because she’s got on sweats and no bra and her titties are huge, very unprofessional looking even for a job at Walmart. She stated I hadn’t rang everything up and she looked at my bags and the computer and says she has to go through my things. I’m dumbfounded because ma’am, this lady has literally been standing next to me for damn near this entire transaction, wouldn’t you think she’d have just…rang up the items that supposedly weren’t rang up to begin with?
That concept was too much to handle for her, though.
I’m unsure who needs to steal $2 great value cheese and a bunch of junk that’s being clearances out, but it certainly isn’t me. Y’all suck. And not like, normal Walmart suck no this Walmart is the absolute worst one around. If you come in here wearing anything other than a bunch of sheets and rags, with only your eyes showing, you will be judged harshly.

Whatever you don't sign up for walmart deliveries! It is the worst service out there. The first delivery I had was delivered to the wrong house. The next delivery I had all my eggs were broken except 2. Then I had a delivery that I waited by my door for 2 hours and I received a message stating they could not deliver the items and that the items were being brought back to the store. This all happen within the first month of me trying out walmart deliveries. Go to target the have better costumer service!

Always has very long lines with only a few if not only one lane open. Store is filthy. Customer service is as bad as it gets.
I ordered delivery for today to be delivered between 3-4. It's now 8:17pm. No updates. The store doesn't answer their phone. I tried using help service online, they respond saying they can't get a hold of the store and to try reaching out for help later on at night. Out of all the Walmarts I have gone too, this one easily is the worst and that is saying a lot.
**just another day. Been waiting for someone to come open the case for spray paint. Asked one associate. 10 minutes later, nobody showed up. Asked another, 10 minutes later, nobody has shown up. Waiting here in electronics now as we speak just posting this review.
Decided to just leave and go to target. Just simply went over, grabbed what i needed. If you are going to lock things up, have people available to come unlock the case in a reasonable time. If you can't do that, it's just lost sales.

Five-Star Review for Walmart – Exceptional Honesty and Service!
I want to express my deepest gratitude to the Walmart associate who found my phone outside in the parking lot today and took the initiative to bring it to the Customer Service desk. Thanks to his honesty and quick action, I was able to recover my phone without any issues.
This act of integrity truly reflects the high standards of trust and honesty that Walmart upholds. In a world where such gestures aren’t always common, it’s refreshing to see someone go above and beyond to do the right thing.
This associate deserves recognition for his outstanding character and commitment to customer service. Thank you very much for setting an example of honesty and care—I truly appreciate it!
Highly recommend this Walmart location for its trustworthy and dedicated staff!

Was trying to purchase 6 items yesterday 2/27 @ 1030 ish am from burnsville. The tag said 2.00 clearance and rang up 19.98 when the original tag said 12.84. I was like no the sale price says 2.00 . She accused me of changing prices alon all 6 items
Why would I do there job it's bad enough I have to check out myself. All 6 items didn't ring correctly. She wouldn't change none if the variety items from different departments. I called yesterday 6 times no answer. I call this morning Denise said she was a manager I explained what happened she said the price of inflation and they didn't get a chance to change the tags. I explained you can't charge more then the original tag to consumers. She said retail stores can do it. I asked for another manager, she said have a nice day and hung up on me. I'm sorry this is not acceptable or shouldn't be tallerated. Customer Serivce should be priority one. Instead of explaining she's just going to hang up. How RUDE.
