My brother recently passed away and I needed a place to have a car dropped off so it could be picked up for shipping within a few days. The owner, Andy, told me it would cost $25/day. I also asked for some photos to be texted to me so I could see the condition. Six days later when the car was being picked up, Andy charged me the following: 8 days for outside, unprotected storage $200 Saturday service fee to hand over the keys $75 Texting photos to me $15 The total bill came to $290 and all he did was give the keys to the shipping company. This should have only cost $150 for daily rate plus $15 for texting photos. In my opinion, Andy knew he could take advantage of me and my deceased brother's situation. I would caution anyone thinking about using this company to get a quote in writing and be prepared to deal with a negative attitude from him and his staff.
