Seems that there is a different vet there. Dr. Katie Elder. She is extremely unfriendly to me and most importantly, my pet. Will be taking business elsewhere. Thank you.

My pets feel comfortable here and I always feel at ease with the way they help me understand complex matters.
Dr Elder is amazing and one of the most compassionate people I have met. She works with CODA CARE and came to our home in the evening to help us transition our pet over the rainbow bridge. She even had paw print kits for us to keep a memento. She helped us get the cremation set up and took care of it all for us. She even makes up the back of her car into a very sweet little alter and hearse for the dearly departed. She really took the worst day and made sure to make it as beautiful and honorable as possible.
I would recommend Dr Elder and the Byron Pet Clinic to any and ALL of my friends!

Seemed a bit unorganized, short staffed scales not accurate doctor made inaccurate recommendations regarding this. Overall, It just wasn't what I expected

Everyone at Byron Pet Clinic were extremely nice and helpful with the reason we needed to bring our puppy in to them. I will definitely be going back in the future!

I cannot thank Dr. Kelley and his staff for their professionalism and kindness and their willingness to get my puppy in for his surgery. They were all so helpful and wasted no time to get him in and care for him. I’m beyond impressed. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had a working interview there and they made me feel very uncomfortable. Very rude and not a team I would want to work with. I was applying for an assistant/tech and they didn’t offer to let me show any skills. Also there is only one certified vet tech there. The rest are assistants. They had me cleaning and pulling files the whole time. If you want to work with friendly people who work as a team. This is not the place. I felt so uncomfortable I left early.

Both of our cats have caught a stomach virus in the last week and a half and the Byron Pet Clinic has gotten them both in same day that we called when we needed help. They're very professional, it's obvious that they want the best for the animals that walk through their door, and they have been amazing in helping ushave some peace of mind when out kitties have been sick. I'm so thankful for them.
