Truck driver. No over night parking has gate. Gates opens at 7:30 or a little before. There is no where to park and wait for gate to open. Good place to unload or load big lot clean and nice people

Was told by our Builders DC supplied the doors after getting the wrong door from Menards. I decided to go through the builder and they suggested DC DVC said nothing about other steps we have to go. And also the fixtures the door in blank. Sorry I could’ve stayed my money by going to Menards $100 if I knew I had to stay myself, but they failed to tell me they had to be stained so now I’m stuck with the door that they supposedly can’t return. Poor customer service.

Hands down one of the best in Customer Service. Chris Ostby and Jared Haugen go to some pretty amazing lengths to take care of customers. The entire place up to the Hands on owner Brandon, just a great full service lumber yard!

The saleman and owner were arogant and dismissive. If you want drama free building of your home (I spent over 40k as a customer) Go any other place than these guys!

They were referred to me for building my home, I sent them my house prints and was told I'd get the bid in a few weeks. NOT the case at all, They had some questions about the elevations so I gave them my Architect's cell number and the guy I was working with basically said he's too busy to track down my architect and dropped me. Not a good way to do business.

Left a message and was never called back. Called and they didn’t have any to help unless I knew who I called. Was told they work with builders not home owners.

Give a zero if I could. EVERYTHING we ordered had something wrong with it. From the windows to lumber, ledger boards, and trusses. Ledger boards came too small and warped. Trusses were the wrong size as they didn’t account for the ledger board like we asked and they did nothing to help us. Poor customer service. Took the remainder of our home building project elsewhere.

Exellent delivery service, they place building materials where you want it (within reason) not in front lawn like most other places. Knowledgeable staff experienced in all building materials.
