Horrible experience with 2 employees!!
We drove over an hour to get there only to be met with rude Cigarette Smoking 🚬 Dirty, Loud, Meaningless Profanity mouthed owner. Total insanity beyond belief. 😳 After 8 minutes of this experience, we looked at each other & ran for the exit door!! It was a Horror Show of how not to run a business!!!

My son took his car here for an oil change. They are both timely and affordable. The oil change and fixing the break sensor was $170. When he took his car to Rochester Mercedes it was just under $400 just for an oil change. He will never trust his car with anyone but Diercks Foreign Auto again.

Dropped off my 2010 GTI and they got the timing chain and timing cover all fixed so I have no more worries about it. Very cool guys and price is fair

BARD is a character and i mesn that in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE ! Talk with him for a minute and you will understand just how much he knows about your German car . He is SO MUCH FUN to talk with! He does what needs done and nothing more . He has a passion for German auto ! He's the REAL DEAL!

Basic Volvo maintenance here but they can’t do many the things you need. You still have to go to the Volvo dealer since they don’t have the Volvo key to do transmission flushes
