I called and they picked up and hung up instantly. Don’t go for RC because they are mean and rude. 0 stars

We had a great experience buying a new dirt bike from Fix Power Sports. Both guys working were very knowledgeable! They went over a check list before leaving to make sure we knew everything about the bike even. We will be back in the future. Thank you!

Bad customer service. Stopped in to check out and talk about the new grizzly 700s as I’m ready to buy one. But wasn’t even greeted at the door. I spent a few minutes checking out the quad but the two people working couldn’t even be bothered to ask if I had any questions. I guess the one other guy there was more important the selling a new grizzly. I will pick my new one up elsewhere.

Will not be getting my business ever again, called them and had them order me a s22 front tire for my 2019 mt10.•Ended up ordering the wrong tire and installed it anyways•Put garbage stick on weights on the wheel to balance it•Stripped out my front brake caliper bolt(keep in mind they were removing the original front tire from the bike)•And charged me just shy of $200 for just laborThese guys at complete con artists that don't deserve to be yamaha certified or in business even. Take your money somewhere else you'll be much happier.

hands down the best yamaha shop in the area fix knows their way around any toy that comes in to the shop and you can ensure it will be done correctly the first time rather than beating around the bush i have been going here for over 1 years and have never had an isshue and nothing but amazing smiles have been but on my face from this shop!

Guy quotes me 70 bucks to mount a rear tire and 50 for oil change come to pick it up charges me 310 dollars and even charges 10 claims he put fuel treatment cleaner in my gas tank when i did not ask for it. How do you even prove that was done?! What a crook and would not refund me any money charged my card and then hands me a receipt. Would never return.

Would not recommend at all. Had my bike fixed there about 2 months ago. Had it out this weekend and it had no compression took it apart and they didn’t even put the C clips on the piston rod, piston, head, and jug all scratched and has a line down the side of the jug.

Absolutely two crooked people behind the counter at this place . Dishonest as they come. Stay as far away as possible. Sad thing about them is they stain the wonderful town of Byron Mn. I have heard from so many in the area after sharing my experience that many others have been victims of these two outright thieves.Pretty obvious from previous reviews your business has a problem with honesty and is in trouble. Remember how small of a community this is.

I wouldn't spend a $1 at this place until they can find someone who can answer the phone and talk to people with even a little respect and improve their customer service. I called this morning and asked if they had an oil filter. The person answering could only be bothered to say "Yep, yep" and then he said "ok" when I told him I might stop in. There are too many other businesses who actually give a bleep and are trying to help their customers. Spend your money there.

STAY AWAY, horrible customer service walking in feels like you are invading there privacy. 1 tiny kids snowmobile in July that said it was sold and 2 motorcycles is the extent of this places so called inventory. Feels like a front for something else then a legit business. Pay attention to the ratings, the only good reviews are from friends/family or employees, the rest are 1 star reviews . STAY AWAY! This is from a local I live less then 4 minutes away...

Initially called for warranty service on a brand new Yamaha snowmobile I purchased at another dealer because they had them in stock. Was told to bring sled into them to initiate the claim. I brought sled into them 50 miles away) representative was very rude and not willing to look at snowmobile because he quoted: "I did not sell this snowmobile to you so I am unwilling to help you because I may loose money if the claim is rejected.'" Is what I was told when i got their in person. Will not ever walk into this store and advise all of my friends and family not to go to this store. Would not recommend Fix Motorsports to nobody. I will rather travel farther for amazing customer service. For AMAZING customer service I personally recommend Pats Motorsports out of Greenland, Mi

Quick turn around time but very high prices. Was quoted $570 parts and labor to have a new belt ($50 on Amazon), plastic clutch cover($110 on internet), and a clutch cover seal ($10 on internet) to put on my 00 sportsman. That’s over a quarter of what I paid for it. I can understand a little mark up, not double. Watched guys replace these everything I listed On YouTube in 1 hour. I was quoted 3 hrs of labor time. Took it to another guy and he told me 1 hour of shop time.
