It's a nice facility, we rented a unit since 2018. The grounds are clean and well lit at night. I like the auto pay feature that they use, it definitely makes things easier each minth. My only criticism is lack of sanding in the winter. It can get extremely icy in spots making it hard to walk. Otherwise it's a great business.

This is by far the nicest storage unit around. Signing up was fast and very easy. Had access in 5 minutes to unit. Place has cameras everywhere. The garage door opened smoothly and the floor is all channeled on the inside of the unit, not allow any chance of anything getting wet. Ben was easy to get ahold of when I needed to get a larger unit.

I had a wonderful experience overall! Online setup was super convenient. Competitive pricing vs larger areas like Rochester. Well lit area with easy access. Exceptional customer service. Will definitely use them again for all my storage needs.

Very reasonably priced, clean, secure, and well lit storage facility. Management is easy to work with and provides prompt customer service. Automatic payment options make renting a breeze, with fast and easy move out as well. Would definitely use this storage facility again and highly recommend to others!!
