Always love Otto's! Best doughnuts around! Go there a couple times and they usually remember you and what your likes are. Great small town service in a mom and pop shop!

We stopped here right when they opened. Heading back home to FL 1700 miles with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Cozy spot. We walked in and were greeted with a welcome feel. Chose our items and as I go to pay I was told they were cash only. I never carry cash and only have card. I asked if I could Venmo or cash app to pay but I couldn't. Julie - said don't worry about it just I ask you to pay it forward. I appreciate this gesture and if I pass by again in the future will definitely be stopping. Homemade pastries were great. Thank you.

I have always loved Otto's Bakery, I have never gotten a bad donut, muffin, danish, fritter. They hit it spot on every single time. Would recommend Otto's if you're looking for a sweet treat to bring to any event. The only con that I see is that they only take cash.

Here's what I love about Otto's: it is absolutely the best donuts around Rochester, and it's a wonderful family-owned relic of how small-town bakeries used to be. They are tremendously generous, and even though they only accept cash, they are so flexible with their patrons. It's worth it to stop by and pick something out of the sweets case, or grab a fresh loaf of bread. Be ready to feel welcomed!

Great bakery. They have a variety of breads, buns, cinnamon crimp bread which makes the best French toast. Delicious rolls and pastries. My two favorites are the cake donut with glaze and peanuts and the caramel and nut croissant. Melt in your mouth.

Classic small town bakery. Wish more places like this were still around. Love how they glaze the long johns as you order them. It's refreshing in 2023 to pay for something with cash and not input some stupid rewards program. Please never change.
