Bought a 2014 Buick Vernon with 127,000 miles on it. Car drove perfectly fine during test drive, with no noise after start up. Immediately after buying the car while still in the lot the car started making failed cam phaser noises on start up. During the drive home from the dealership I stopped to pump gas to which there was a back pressure issue making the pump click after just a second of pumping gas, then after spending 20 minutes (no joke) pumping gas I left the gas station on the vvt intake solenoid failed causing the car to jolt forward while stoped unless put in neutral. The next day I called the dealer back and they said to bring the car back and they will see what they can do about fixes. I dropped the car off and wrote a list of issues as well as told the owner Gary the issues I had with the to which they didn’t fix a thing and lied about it. To add on top of being told the car had no mechanical issues I was told it was a clean title and never been in a wreck. Come to find out it was just a clean title and the car had been in a crash with a bend radiator and air compressor. Spent 8,000 on a car I was told had never been crashed, had no mechanical issues, all routine maintenance had been done by the the dealership before being listed on the lot, and the title was clean. The only truthful statement I was told was it had a clean title. Gary is more worried about making a dollar then being a stand up person, and this was even after i tried helping his son out with getting a better job being a life and health insurance agent. At a company you can make $300,000 a year off bonuses alone mind you. Needless to say if I want willing to pay $13,000 (cost of car and repairs) not to deal with a head ache he would be receiving letters from my lawyer.

Great Service! We purchased a nice used work van that was priced right. We will definitely return in the future when we need another.

Vehicle was a scam. Car seemed in awesome condition with low mileage at realistic price, not even a month later had to junk it because of the amount of issues that popped up. They get their vehicles from junk yards, said so on the agreement. I was optimistic, they are very friendly, but ultimately thousands down the drain. Do not buy here.

First and only time at this dealer. Called ahead to look at a vehicle, drove an hour and a half to get here only to find out they just sold that car we inquired about. The sales staff was quite rude and all the other vehicles on their lot were over priced, rusted out junk.

Nothing but good to say about my purchase of a Chevy Equinox at this dealership. Clean cars, forthright discussion of quality, use and offers to see work receipts, etc. Highly recommend, worked with Gary the owner.

I bought an Equinox for $8000. Day 3, it started acting strange. Their mechanic came to work on it and found there to get no oil in it. I checked the oil when I bought it. I got t h e vehicle back and 3 days later it sounded like someone threw a bucket of bolts in the dryer. I approached the sales person about this. Yep, tough luck. Not their problem. I ended up getting about $800 for it when I junked it. The engine was shot. Stuff like this in a small town, lack of customer care, gets around. I stay clear of them and do not refer anyone there. Given the reviews I have read, I wasn't their 1st victim. There seems to have been many.

Found the suburu I wanted under the price they could have listed it for online. Ran a carfax and talked to Gary the next day. One minor issue the drivers window was a little flaky on the test drive. Gave me nice amount off, then while I was getting my cashiers check he fixed the issue. Never said fixed so will take back what I gave you oft for the now fixed problem. Doing the due diligence on a used car before buying is on the buyer. I did and felt beyond worth it getting the car I wanted for a great price. Thank you Gary for making my Wife, our Husky, and myself very happy campers.

Brought a focus from them and had major transmission issues next day. Owner made a sub par effort to make things right. Ended up having to get transmission completely overhauled on my own expense. Was told car was from Tennessee and I would get new plates from dmv in the mail, ended up with an expired temporary tag for two weeks and finally got plates in the mail and ended up being used.

Went and looked at what they had for vehicles, I found one that I liked, Went into the office to get some information on the vehicle, and I said that I wanted information on it, and the one gentleman was very rude, we took the vehicle for a test drive, and it went good, we bought it and it ran fine, but when we got it home, the engine light came on, and it showed 7 censors that we bad
