I was in the Cambridge store on Friday August 1st. I could not get my phone to work. The guys were so nice and figured it out in no time. You guys are the best!!!! Thanks a bunch!!!

I went to the Cambridge store to purchase a new screen protector snd case for my iPhone. Alex greeted me within seconds of stepping into the store. He was professional - but also friendly and funny. There are other AT&T stores closer to where I live; however, I plan to continue going to see Alex at the Cambridge store because of the great experience.

Walked into the store, nobody acknowledged me or anything. Not really sure, but I think there was only one person working.
Waited about 20 minutes still nobody said anything. Then another guy walks in and the person I think works here says to that person it will be about a hour before I might get to him.
So I just walked out figured nobody seen me.
Lots of other places around that probably will have a better welcoming.

Christian stayed late to help my mom get switched over from another carrier to my plan and get her new phone set up. He definitely went above and beyond to help us out!

The guy that was working on Thursday was very rude and didn’t seem interested in helping us. We were trying to get my husbands phone unlocked and we just left T-mobile who are awesome by the way!! He just kept saying we don’t do that here and call customer service which we did and they were no help. Definitely don’t go through AT&T!

I had an amazing experience at the Cambridge AT&T store thanks to Christian! From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood my options before making any decisions.
What really impressed me was how personable and genuine he was—he truly made the process smooth and stress-free. Whether you’re upgrading your phone, switching plans, or just have questions, Christian is the person you want to talk to.
If you’re heading to the Cambridge AT&T store, do yourself a favor and ask for Christian. He’s a true example of outstanding customer service!

Must have let the phone ring at least 10 times before answering wasn't very impressed. Couldn't help me with my issue. Imagine that!
