“My vehicle is still currently in the shop for repair. However, I am so incredibly grateful for Cambridge Collision! They noticed that there was another issue outside of the scope of work/insurance coverage for the reason it’s in the shop currently. They called and let me know of the issue. That the labor associated with fixing the issue by taking everything apart as it is already sitting currently would be the same. That instead of having the duct taped together part going out later down the road and having to spend over $1100 for parts and labor that they have access to it now with the insurance coverage for the main incident and it would be less than $500 to fix it. I highly recommend Cambridge Collision. They aren’t just in to fix what is in the scope of work and not pay attention to anything else. They are so thorough and keep their customers’ pocket books prioritized! They have kept me informed every step of the way! 5 stars isn’t even enough for how impressed I am with their customer service!”

“helpful owner and very reasonable prices especially compared to u pull. the only real issue is this is an old school junkyard with cars packed tight as possible with nothing on stands. no way to drive back into the yard, difficult to even bring a wheel barrow. he said he does go through and crush every now and then so i left him a note with a few things i would buy if they became accessable.”
“We stopped by to have the battery in my Grand Caravan tested because it wouldn't start in that morning. I unfortunately did not get the the employee's name there (we were there Friday Jan 30th 2026 at 5 pm), but he tested the battery and confirmed it was going bad. We went to Valvoline next door to get it replaced. After waiting in line for an hour, they told us, sorry, we don't have the battery you need. So we came back to Auto Zone to buy a battery. We planned on taking it home and changing it ourselves. When we told the young man at Auto zone who previously tested our battery what happened at Valvoline, he offered to change it for us, so we would not have to bring the battery back the next day to recycle. He was such a kind and courteous employee. My wife and I were very grateful for his help and extra service! Auto Zone is lucky to have him!”
