“We took our SUV there when it was throwing a lot of engine codes. They took a look and explained them all and then reset everything and told us to come back in when the engine light comes back on to see which one comes on first. They didn't charge to read the codes, which I was impressed by. Sure enough another code came back on and they read it and fixed the issue quickly with a very affordable bill. Very happy with the service we received there!”

My wife decided that she wanted a new vehicle so Bill and John lined up multiple vehicles for her to test drive. She chose a new Tahoe Premier. They made the purchase and paperwork very easy. They went through all the items on the vehicles and showed us how they work. Was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely go back when it's time to trade again.”

“My vehicle is still currently in the shop for repair. However, I am so incredibly grateful for Cambridge Collision! They noticed that there was another issue outside of the scope of work/insurance coverage for the reason it’s in the shop currently. They called and let me know of the issue. That the labor associated with fixing the issue by taking everything apart as it is already sitting currently would be the same. That instead of having the duct taped together part going out later down the road and having to spend over $1100 for parts and labor that they have access to it now with the insurance coverage for the main incident and it would be less than $500 to fix it. I highly recommend Cambridge Collision. They aren’t just in to fix what is in the scope of work and not pay attention to anything else. They are so thorough and keep their customers’ pocket books prioritized! They have kept me informed every step of the way! 5 stars isn’t even enough for how impressed I am with their customer service!”

“In recent years, I’ve found the Cambridge Fleet Farm customer experience to be marginal. However, today completely changed my outlook. I went in with my son to get him set up with a deer hunting rifle for the season, and the staff in the sporting goods department delivered a level of customer service that’s rare these days.
Troy was the team member who helped us, and he took the time to explain our options and guide us toward a premium setup that fit our needs perfectly. We left feeling confident and happy with our purchase. Troy truly went above and beyond — he is awesome!

“helpful owner and very reasonable prices especially compared to u pull. the only real issue is this is an old school junkyard with cars packed tight as possible with nothing on stands. no way to drive back into the yard, difficult to even bring a wheel barrow. he said he does go through and crush every now and then so i left him a note with a few things i would buy if they became accessable.”
“I ordered a new pump from Summit Racing. It drop-shipped from Lares. The shipment arrived very quickly and everything looked great on the outside but when I opened the box, the dipstick cap was cracked. I messaged Lares directly and told them of the issue. Kal Uthe, the senior product manager, replied to my message the next day asking for a photo of the packing slip to ensure the proper address and that he would get a replacement to me right away. That was on Monday. Today is Saturday and my new dipstick/cap arrived. No issues. No hassle. Just an American made pump manufacturer doing their best to fix a problem beyond their control. Thank you Kal! Thank you Lares!”
