These guys are great! When i started my company this store was the first material supply account i aquired and from day one Their friendly staff has gone above and beyond to provide excellent service. Definitely one of the last old school auto supply shops around.

The team working at this store is first class in customer service. On Friday, 1/19/2024 at about 9:30 in the morning, I was at the nearby road exam station with my daughter. We were waiting for her to take her road test to get her driver’s license, and working on checking the equipment in the car to make sure everything was in good working order when we discovered that one of the headlights had burned out. We only had about 10 minutes before it was her turn so we dashed to Auto Value as it was only a block away. I ran inside and asked for urgent help to install a headlight, and this amazing team got it done for us and we made it back in time and in working order! I am so grateful for their speedy assistance and their professionalism. Because of their help, she passed her test and got her driver’s license!

My Mountaineer died in their parking lot. They diagnosed a dead battery caused by a failed alternator & put a great priced battery in which got me from Cambridge to the western subs, an hour away with no alternator, where I stopped by my local repair shop and made an appointment. Thx Auto Value of Cambridge!
