Everytime I come there to pay my Grandsons phone bill, your doors are locked or your too busy helping customers buying phones, and your trying to get it activated, and It takes sooo long. There has to be a better way to pay the cell phone bills...

The associate took her time with each customer and was pleasant even when the computers were down. She took my number and called as soon as they were back up so I could complete my purchase. I wish I could remember her name but she was working Thursday Feb 8th. Thank you!
