Usually don’t write bad review but this is the third time I’ve had a bad experience here and gave them another chance. My nails look horrible and like they are already weeks grown out after just two days because they left a gap. They are thick and every nail is an odd shape!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very frustrating experience. I’ve been getting my nails done here for months. I got a fill on 4/29 charged $50 plus tip. Within a few hours my cuticles were swelling & my fingers super itchy. By Thursday 5/1 afternoon the itching was still just as bad and my cuticles swollen. I ended up soaking them in acetone at home and removing them. The itching and swelling started to go away within 30 minutes of them being removed. I went in when they opened 5/2 and talked to a lady there. I explained to her the situation and she said there was absolutely nothing they could do. I explained to her I had never had a reaction like this all the other times I have come in. It was clearly some sort of reaction or infection from the nails from 4/29. I’m not sure if a tool wasn’t cleaned properly or why but the reaction was clearly from the nails. I requested a refund or partial refund for the service. She told me over and over again no. I will not be going back. Terrible customer service in my opinion if a customer gets an infection from the service provided and no refund can be made.
Two of the girls that did my sets in the last few months did amazing. Both of them don’t work there anymore I was told so at this point I don’t see any point in going back. It’s too expensive of a service where if there are actual issues that occur nothing can be done.
