The United States Postal Service provides reliable and affordable mail and package delivery. The local post office offers outstanding and exceptionally courteous counter service. The desk staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and awesome. Employees are nice and helpful. The waiting area is very cleaned. The location is not too busy and has easy street parking. The architecture is cool and vintage. While some customers can be rude, the staff remains committed to making customer experiences better.

Outstanding counter service today. I am from out of state and witnessed two of the most rude men ever! One was very rude to the lady working the counter and the other was very rude to an elderly man who was in line. The counter staff was exceptionally courteous despite the rudeness. Kudos to the counter staff.

I was there today and Casey helped me so much, I was confused about getting label and she walked me through it! Awesome worker and knowledgeable!

It's been nice having an easy time going to the Cambridge Post Office.The employees are nice & helpful. The waiting area is very cleaned. O give it 4/5.
