I have called for days the local number 763 689-2820 no one ever answers the phone there, I also called the 800 number which is a call number and total waste of government funds . They could not help at all! Why did they even answer the phone!!?? The employees are often chatting behind the counter and you have to wait for them to finish bantering to be assisted! … I had a week hold on my mail, get informed delivery, a very important document was in my held mail, I had asked all held mail to be delivered on the date certain … NO DELIVERY. I tried calling all day to ask if it was in the hold OR if my mail carrier was still out delivering and I would receive it today ..NO ONE EVER ANSWERED.. 5:00 closed now so now tomorrow I have to drive to that post office to retrieve my mail!!!! NO SERVICE … what horrible government service!!!!!!!! And no excuses please!!!!!

Was expecting a package today. Waiting nearby the door when I received update that my package was out for delivery. Ran outside quick and saw they left an attempted delivery notice literally minutes prior to me going outside. There was no knock at the door or anything at this time. When I go to reschedule the delivery online, my address apparently doesn't match the address for the delivery which makes zero sense because they were just here apparently trying to deliver it. Trying to call the post office also does not work as I'm just speaking to a computer and now my tracking number doesn't match up. Absolutely ridiculous.

It is always a pleasure to stop over at the Cambridge Postal Office. The staff are always willing to answer any and all questions related to my transaction. Today, a young clerk, Ben, handled my transaction with speed and efficiency. Upon handing me my receipt, Ben noted the tracking number and then circled the QR code. I had to be frank with Ben and admit that I don't know anything about QR codes. At which point I assured Ben that I would give him a rave review on this Google page. So, my envelope is in the mail, my Google review is almost complete. I know that the Cambridge Post Office strives to do their very best, even when they get a customer, like myself who knows nothing about QR codes!! Thank you, Ben.

Outstanding counter service today. I am from out of state and witnessed two of the most rude men ever! One was very rude to the lady working the counter and the other was very rude to an elderly man who was in line. The counter staff was exceptionally courteous despite the rudeness. Kudos to the counter staff.

Seen in my email that I had a letter from isanti county court house. Never received it I waited the 7 days to make a notification nope it's expired I can't request the missing mail. Good thing I called the court house I would have missed jury duty. Not that it's fun but if I didn't see the email showing me what I was getting I would have never went and well they don't care that I would have looked I just didn't show. Now also they delivered mail to my daughter's apartment building. But it had my address on it. It should have came to my house as that was the address we put on the envelope. It's getting worse every year.

Worthless. I have the mail notification where the post office actually takes a photo of the mail being delivered each day and I get it e mailed to me. Last 2 days I had mail that was supposed to be delivered and I watched on the ring camera as the truck drove by.

Nice post office. The architecture and and construction is cool and I'm sure from an easily definable period of U.S. construction that I don't know. Vintage post boxes. Desk staff is friendly helpful. Not too busy when I stop by. Easy street parking

Our usps driver pulls onto our driveway and makes turn skid marks on it. My husband got on his hands and knees to re surface our driveway, this is the 2nd time now since he’s re surfaced it.

I ship 20+ packages here a month and the workers are great. There are a lot of ungrateful people that complain about the mail service, I would love to see those people do the job for a month! Also, My mail man Tyler is great! He delivers year round and I don't have issues in any season!
