I brought my 4 year old daughter in to get a pedicure they told me she was too small and she could only get her nails painted.Then while she was sitting there on a chair 3 other little girls came in and got pedicures. 2 of them.were the same size and age if not a little shorter. The whole time my little girl asked why she didn't get to put her feet in the water like the other kids. It was supposed to be a special day for her and ended up not so great. My pedicure was not the greatest alot of polish on my skin.

Made an appointment had to wait 35 minutes to get started. Water was cold..
Have been disappointed the last few times feel like they’re just going through the motions not paying attention to detail, get in and get out.

Great experience 2 years ago. Nice people. Nice chairs. Last week, not so good. Cut the corners of my nails at a weird angle and too short. My gel polish also pulled up the night I got them done. Tried one last time and they burnt my toe with the Dremel while removing gel polish then left previous red polish on the edges and painted the middle but left the sides unpainted. I have been coming in for 2 years .the last 4 times I came in my nails was not properly done the lady did not glue them correctly always on both hands my middel finger I went in today and I had stated that the last 4 times it's not been done well the teck said my nails are old that's not it .I was treated very rude and it's not been the first time both ladies was rude I understand that English is hard but you can so tell they would not want to give me service so today you have lost 2 years of service I will let everyone i know to boycott star nails and I know alot of people and I'm very respected as well in this town and others ...stop being rude and try doing the person's nails right the first time and not blam it on old nails .try acting like you like your customers gezz .we give you are hard earned money so respect that .

I paid for my pedicure and realized zi did not have cash to tip. I asked her to run my card again for $12 (20%). She repeated &12?” And I said “yes “$12. Thanks!”I grabbed my first receipt but did not get the second one and later on my bank statement noticed that she charged my card $20 tip instead of the $12. I will no longer be going there.

This was my 2nd time to this salon. Went in for a pedicure @ 6pm.I felt my appointment was rushed. The water was cold.The clinet next me was getting the pedicure of a life time. She started before and the massage she recieved was unreal. My massage was like 2 minutes on each leg. I figured that is because they were closing at 7.
The reaso. Dor this review is the person who did my pedicure, used that sharp cheese grater and cut my heal. Yes, the back of my heal. I didn't notice until I got in the car and was bleeding.
When I wore shoes with backs they rubbed on it and started bleeding again. This has to be unsanitary. Wish I could add a picture.

I just stopped in to see if i could get a full set. I haven't had my nails done. The lady was very rude, I'm very busy when they just had a guy walk in to start work! Felt like they didn't want my business!
Edit: every person in the pedicure chairs had someone working on them and no else in there waiting! I have been to nail salons in the past and understand English is not their 1st language and it broken! The lady thay helped me was rude! I only got upset because of her rudeness! But when you have 1 person that just started work and comes out oh full set and she says no im busy! To me that is just her wanting the business! I feel like this is an attack on me saying I was the rude one! I didn't roll my eyes at her when she said 2 I said I couldn't I had to go pick up my son I said ok and started to wake out! Maybe as a business owner you need to work on how they handle this! But it looks like they tried to make it seem like they were over busy when they weren't! Everyone in a chair had someone working on them and again 1 guy that had just started! Who seemed willing to assist me! I just wanted to treat myself since I haven't had my nails done in over 3 years I'll just find somewhere else to go where they won't try and turn the blame on me for their rudeness!!

Language barrier, nails were too thick & too wide. Cost $70.00, I have been filing them at home for 30+ minutes to try to get them to look better.

Absolutely amazing service! For a full French tip set, manicure with gel, two kids manicures and kids pedicures was only $150! Affordable! Will definitely coming back!

Went to get a pedicure, they didn’t do a very good job my feet are still rough and they didn’t dry my toes long enough and now the polish is ruined waste of money.
