called to ask about a vehicle’s availability and was told it was still available. I told them I would be there in 2-3 hours because I live in Roseville and had to coordinate with my dad since he wanted to check it with me. we get there and I’m told he already sold the car. the worst part was that he never bothered to call and tell me that he already sold it so we didn’t waste nearly an hour of our time driving up to Cambridge to see the vehicle.

We recently bought a truck from Dan at Steve’s auto. Got it home and noticed some things wrong with the truck so we ended up bringing it in to see what was wrong with it and it became an expensive fix. We called Dan back and told him what we ended up spending to fix the truck, he said bring in the paperwork and he’d work with us. We brought the paperwork up and he was a man of his word! Highly recommend buying a car from them!

I highly recommending not to buy anything from Steve. I bought a 2017 Chevy Traverse for 8500.00 cash. The next day I noticed it slightly shuddering when accelerating. It got worse so I contacted him. I hauled it back down mind you it’s an hour and a half drive. He said sold as is and you put 500 miles on it since you bought it! This guy just screws people over. All he did was added an additive which is only covering the problem not fixing it, which I’m sure is what he did in the first place! He shouldn’t be in business.?? He’s crooked and dishonest

I know Steve Auto sells cars "As Is" but shouldn't a car last 5 to 10 years not just 2 days???? I'm still having trouble getting my $5,000 back from him. I'm going to an AG to hopefully maybe get my $5,000 back. I'm only asking for $4,400 also, I don't think this small business even checks for title issues. The car that I'm trying to get the $5,000 back from is actually from Wisconsin so I don't know if it was a pond-off car or not and the engine is actually not the original engine. It has 154,000 mi versus what the car says. 130 some thousand miles ?

If you’re considering buying a vehicle, I can’t stress this enough… Do Not buy one from these people!!!!!! They sell trash and give you the line “we sell all our vehicles as is”! Not a good business model. Wife and daughter bought a car in April and now it needs a new motor. She couldn’t even drive it for the last month because it won’t even make it 10 miles. I wish I didn’t have to give them 1 star because they don’t even deserve that.

Bought a jeep from them and the engine blew on my way home. I was stranded on the road with a baby and my 7 year old. I called and asked for my money back - Thankfully they agreed. However, they were very rude when I came in to get my money stating " yeah I'm sure the engine blew on that one. It's a total loss for us" in addition to " you know I didn't have to take it back" as if they did me a favor. This jeep should've been for sale in the first place. Upon test driving there were no warning signs of any issues. I'd stay clear of this place!
