On 6-11-25 I talked to an employee named Nikk about buying a cub cadet riding lawnmower. I informed him I was approved for the loan from Affinity plus and would get the check the morning of 6-12-25 Nik is always kind and friendly.The next day I went in to look at the lawnmower and an employee named Terry was rude and disrespectful. The lawnmower was $2,600.00 .I left and went n received a $3,000.00 cash loan.A few hours later I went into the store to by horse feed and purchase the lawnmower only to have Terry be extremely rude and disrespectful again .I had my 7yr old grandson with .I left the store without purchasing a thing.I bout the same lawnmower from a different company .Our ministry has been buying Horse feed at the Cambridge Minn store for years on the average $10,000.00 a year. I will not be purchasing anything from here as long as this employee works here.All the other employees that work there have been extremely kind and helpful...not Terry

Helpful, friendly and willing to answer your questions. They don't treat you like you're a bother or burden. Their store is extremely clean. Aisles are wide and easily accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. Floors are kept clean. There's just the right amount of lighting and not super bright. The place is huge and has a lot of unique items. You definitely can get your daily walking in. There's no strong odors and no odors that are strong enough that'll make you turn and leave. I highly recommend this place especially if you're a farmer or have horses. They might have just what you need even if you're not a farmer or own horses. They might have just what you need or you can buy whatever the item is and create it into what you need.

My friends and I went in to get a cone for my dog. Lady at the entrance looked at us like we were thieves and must have reported us to security because someone followed us out of the store and watched us get in our car. We felt unwelcome there and they didn't have a cone anyway.
Edit: We contacted the number they gave and they were very helpful and took the issue seriously, which was appreciated.

I was headed home on a very windy day with a large irrigation hose tied to the top of my car. The tie-down failed, and the hose was hanging off my car on the highway. So I pulled into Tractor Supply in Cambridge to get it retied. I didn't know how to secure it and asked for help. They were so nice, and one man even came out and tied it down for me. That's how it should be—helping one another. A vet also came and helped. Thank you, gentlemen! I got home without problems. Shop at Cambridge Tractor Supply; they care.

OTR: Overnight parking. Turn in the first driveway and wrap around the building. The dock is under the covered garage. Tight corners, fire hydrant very close to travel lane in tight back area.
If 53' trailer / with sleeper cab, will need to have trailer pitched for delivery.

Went in to see about hay holders to use as blanket keepers in my living room. Ives was very helpful in helping me to find them and brought them up front for me. Fantastic customer service!

Came in to buy a new pair of boots. Usually go to st croix but I was in the area. Store was a mess and cashier was very seemingly bothered to have to do her job. Won't be coming here again, much better experience at st croix
