Abby is AWESOME!! My wife and I went to multiple other stores and spoke with multiple call centers and no one else could solve our Verizon and iphone problems. She was able to fix everything in about 10 minutes. She is very smart and friendly, and I would highly recommend her and her store. She is truly a blessing!

I was having some issues with my phone/service & went into the store.
Ben took care of everything so quickly & answered all my questions. I really appreciated his help!

Son upgraded his phone and the discount that was promised was not given. Called store talked to Nikki and she stated she will submit a form to get the discount corrected. She said she would callback but never did. I called Verizon corporate and it took 1 hour and 14 mins talking to two people to get this fixed. Will not be using them locally any further.
