Had service appointment at 10 am. dropped vehicle off on time and asked how long it will take and was told 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. I asked if they wanted my phone number to let me know when it's ready and was told no come back and pick it up in 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Came back at 12 and it's locked up and note on the door said closed 12- 1:30 for a safety meeting. They couldn't mention that earlier??I came back at 1:35 for second attempt to pick up and still no one here at 2 pm. Finally went to the office and asked what is going on and was treated very rudely. When I mentioned the poor customer service I was told to don't be rude. Won't be back.
