I had problems finding a hauler to pick up the horse I purchased after I got scammed, and they were so understanding and gracious to let him stay at the facility while I worked things out. They also went out of their way to help me arrange a health certificate and provide all the documentation I needed. Everyone I spoke to on the phone (I believe I spoke to Claire most of the time) was friendly and did everything that they could to help.
