Horrible. Their hours are 8-4:30, we showed up around 12. Lady on the phone claims someone will be there at 1. We call again around 1, it'll be another 20 minutes. We drove an hour to pick up our car that was on the side of road because it didn't work, county had them tow it. I'm seriously not happy.
