The postmaster MrShannon at this location restored my faith in the USPS. He came all the way from the next town over due to a power outage to make sure i received my priority express package. Just a quality person working for the postal service. Thank you sir.

Our driver that brings mail to Hampton keeps delivering to the wrong building and now even my son's life is at risk for their mistakes. Thank God for neighbors that brought it to me! Please be more mindful where you deliver.

The staff who work inside the post office are great. The postmaster is worthless and will go out of his way to be inconvenient to customers. He comes in super early before the post office opens so he can leave before noon so he doesn’t have to deal with the public. Some leadership!

What a disappointment the US Post Office is, in Cannon Falls. I just left there for the 2nd time in a week after standing in line and then finding out that the person shopping ahead of me has been in the sales area without a mask on. With the signs displayed on the doors, both inside and out, one would think that there may be even one employee who would have the courtesy for other shoppers to either require a mask then or tell them to return and complete their business when they procured a mask. Are your employees all afraid to confront a customer or is it the nature of the management who gives them the feeling that the masks are not effective. I have to say that if there was anywhere else to mail letters and pkgs in town, I would be there and never return to your business. I already have switched and go the extra miles to Red Wind UPS to mail my packages.

This review is for 1 incident. I needed a package that was suppose to arrive today and the tracker said it as out for delivery. I get an alert on my phone, go out to the mailbox and all mail (bills, flyers) was there but no package. I checked the tracker and the reason was delivery box blocked by gate! We have no gate, street was clear and you delivered all the other mail. Now I have to wait a couple days because of the weekend.
