We've had our storage there almost 3 years. We've had a couple water/snow melting issues and they addressed it immediately. They are very thorough with payment reminders, and fair with payment grace. Price is slightly below average being the reason we went with them for our unit. I'm pleased with service

Besides getting broke into my stuff stolen and nothing happened at least the grounds keeper helped out with a lock or my stuff would have to be left open and I got to pay for damages that the robber did it's makes me feel violated but I got no where else to pack my stuff so just know you should check your stuff often because there is rotten people out there

Customer service is great. The Unit and facility in Cannon Falls is horrible. Very dirty, broken glass and trash everywhere. The door on the stall is very hard to open and close. We had to build a ramp to get a car inside because the ground in front of it is sinking and the stall sits up much higher. NO security at all. Beware of break ins. I would advise you pay a little more and store your items in a better facility.

Horable service they only care about locking you out and selling your stuff and tge units leak watter and mold is a huge issue with these containers i recommend going out of town before these units

Told us one thing then find out they put our units up for auction after renting from them for 2 years and they said they would call us back and didnt and the units leak and get broke into monthly
