We were traveling in the area and had a tire issue. We called Harold's Service, and they told us to come right in. Our tire could not be repaired because the nail was in the sidewall. They put our spare tire on, and since they didn't have the tire we needed, they gave us the information we needed so we could try other places. They were so helpful, and when we wanted to settle up, they did not charge us. They said they hadn't fixed the problem, so there was no charge. There are still good people in this world, and they work at Harold's Service!!! We told the super nice guy he was our angel that day. I highly recommend this place!!!!

I called Harold's yesterday afternoon asking if they could help and what they would charge to install a new thermostat. I'm so happy I called them. It wasn't just my thermostat, my antifreeze was leaking through my radiator. They replaced my radiator, thermostat, and filled my antifreeze in 1 day and the price was very fair. Phil was excellent. He showed me the radiator damage when I went to pick it up. He was very kind. I'm happy to live so close to such a friendly, fair, and excellent auto mechanic.

We were visiting Jay Cooke park when the engine oil light came on, rather than continue our trip into Duluth we gave Harold a call and he got us in right away. Super nice guys, made quick work of the oil change and charged fairly. Can't thank them enough!

Have been going here for years. Harold and the guys are awesome at what they do, and will help you out anyway they can. Definitely recommend coming here if you have car issues.

Be ware. Overcharges single women and was creepy towards me.When I called him out on charging $40 higher than we agreed to, he laughed and made a joke about just trying to make a buck as he fixed it. Later he snuck a disposal fee onto my bill right before I paid (there were no tires to dispose since I kept the winter tires).I do not recommend going to him as a single lady. The whole experience was uncomfortable at best. Ladies you know what I mean. I do not like being negative, but in this case it feels important to share my experience.

Love the small town attention the staff at Harold's gives their customers. Not only do they treat you with respect, but the quality of their work is exceptional. Very knowledgeable and fair in cost as well. I always leave satisfied.

Since moving up here back in 2019 we have always brought our vehicles here. They do a great job and have always been more than fair on the pricing. 2 thumbs up for sure and I'll never take our vehicles elsewhere.

I was at Jay Cooke and my check engine light came on. I was supposed to drive home to the cities, so I stopped and asked if they could check it out. They did, and let me know it was fine to drive home. Very nice guys!
