The representatives from Intoxalock are very professional. The appt set-up was easy, they answered any questions I had and told me what to expect at my appt. (5 star for Intoxalock CSRs)!
I dropped my car off at appt in morning and picked up in evening. The actual install was alright but now my passenger window does not roll down and the employees were not helpful at all. They (JctTire-Carlton) happily billed me out the $255, handed over the keys and sent me on my way with zero demonstration how to use. Had to come back in office and ask for mouthpieces for my breathylizer unit. Struck out there as they had none and my wife and I were left to figure out on our own.
I'd give Jct Tire a 1.5 star rating! Thank guys.
P.S., Intoxalock is next-day-airing me some mouthpieces! Thank You Dan for your help.
