I was offered helpful information that really helped me navigate what to do and how to proceed with decision to ultimately total the car based on condition. Cynthia as the owner of this local business helped more than they received as a benefit. I just think that is unprecedented in a stressful situation. She single handedly took the stress out. My only feedback is there was confusion between Collision and Color and the other body shop in town ,turns out there are two - who knew?). So, double check address and phone detail if working with a claim. This location is near the animal hospital and Garden Parch on County road 19.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the Jordan NAPA store — especially the manager, Hunter. Every time I stop in, he goes above and beyond to help. No matter how random or specific the part or tool I need is, Hunter somehow always finds it — and fast. It’s like he has a sixth sense for auto parts.
Whether I come in with a detailed request or a vague description that starts with “it’s the thing that connects to the other thing,” he knows exactly what I’m talking about. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about getting people what they need the first time.
Customer service like this is rare. Hunter makes this NAPA feel like a place you can count on — and that’s why I’ll keep coming back. Grateful to have this store (and Hunter) in the neighborhood!”

“Best customer service ever, I wish I could give Moises at AutoZone in Shakopee more than 5 stars. The night before a road trip the low beam bulb my 2011 Toyota Sienna went out. I can do the most basic of car maintenance so I watched some YouTube videos and looked under the hood only to find the parts in my Sienna didn't match up to any of the videos and my manual was worthless. I gave up and went to Jiffy Lube where they told me they couldn't change it either. Tried AutoZone as a last ditch effort. After giving my issue way more time that I ever expected, Moises figured it out and changed the bulb for me. I was so thankful I tried to tip him and he declined. Beyond impressed!”

“This store is absolutely amazing. They have everything you could possibly need for any type of animal except reptile/fish. They have a ton of stuff for hunting and everything you could possibly need for outdoors. They have a large clothing, selection, shoe collection and a nice clearance area. The customer experience is unmatched. I walked in the door and was welcomed with some breakfast samples. Then I noticed free popcorn for customers, which was awesome. They also had a caramel apple station which was also free. Then on our way out after a few hours, we were able to get free hotdogs. I went didn’t expecting to spend maybe five dollars and ended up spending over 70 because of how awesome this place and because of the great deals!”
