Called September 30th to make an appointment to get my brakes done, the best they could do was to get me in today (10/8) for a brake inspection, they never said that it will be any kind of charge for the inspection. I arrived today they tried to charge me 40 dollars.
Not doing business with people like that.

This store is absolutely amazing. They have everything you could possibly need for any type of animal except reptile/fish. They have a ton of stuff for hunting and everything you could possibly need for outdoors. They have a large clothing, selection, shoe collection and a nice clearance area. The customer experience is unmatched. I walked in the door and was welcomed with some breakfast samples. Then I noticed free popcorn for customers, which was awesome. They also had a caramel apple station which was also free. Then on our way out after a few hours, we were able to get free hotdogs. I went didn’t expecting to spend maybe five dollars and ended up spending over 70 because of how awesome this place and because of the great deals!

Scheduled appointment a week in advance to drop off vehicle for tire rotation. Only one person working the desk and I waited 15 minutes to check in. When I got to the counter to check in I was told I don’t have an appointment and that they couldn’t fit me in that day. No apologies or attempt to rectify error on their part. I used to take my four vehicles there for service and now will take them elsewhere as they’ve lost my patronage due their poor customer service and organization.

CAR WASH - they have 4 bays. I cannot believe how often they are broken. Again this morning , all 4 are down. I would say they are down every 3rd time I go to use them. It's absurd. As I recall this Mills guy was running for an elected office a few years ago. If you cannot figure out how to keep your car washes running how would you expect people to trust you to run the state?? Surely this isn't rocket science.

The man mall. If they don't have it, you don't need it. My husband always quotes the commercial. I don't think that's entirely true but it is surprising how much they do have. I love a lot of the brands that they do carry. Yeti, Nike, Underarmor, and even You Betcha brand. If you haven't heard of those guys you should google em. I have heard this is the place for cat or dog food in bulk at a good price. I know they have a gigantic assortment of cat towers. I really like their plastic bins for storage. Since target doesn't carry my sterilite tubs any more fleet farm is the only place I can find them. I like to keep everything matching. Keep them in mind for kids' toys and games. They have rows and rows of options. Customer service is hard to come by. We have actually called the store on our cell phone in order to get assistance in finding something. The cashiers are always great but they don't put many people on the sales floor.
